the hotel was clean and staff friendly accomodating location was perfect for the beach,al restaurants and bars. buses.

although on arrival to my room it was so noisy due to being next to the bar next door with the music blaring they did offer to move me but as it was only two r ok was behind I said I would let them luckily the music stopped and for the rest of my visit it was fine. However with the power outage it was very dangerous as there was no back up generator and the rooms walk ways were exceedingly dark in the room you had to feel your way round the walls as there was no skylight as being on the ground floor. I have macular degeneration and have not got good eyesight so this was extremely scary for me being on my own. also it should be on the website that for this week students are at the hotel as there must have been at least 4/5 coach loads of teenages at the hotel.

Beautifully clean, staff amazingly polite, breakfast was brilliant, everything you could have wanted including a champagne breakfast!

We were unaware that around 500 student from the Grenada university were staying there on their spring break Some were lovely but the majority were extremely rude! In my opinion it was the hotels responsibility to inform other holiday makers that they were staying there Sometimes it was extremely uncomfortable as students refused to move when asked that they were in our way!!! We stayed 22-29 April and I would advise others to steer clear of the hotel

We travelled with a 3 year old boy and the facilities for his age and older were perfect. Kids club during the day (which he didn't attend because he was too busy in the pool), kids only pool with plenty of slides to keep him entertained and kids entertainment starting at 9pm every night. For adults travelling without kids, there are 2 adults only pools within the complex. Overall the hotel/complex, pool area, walkways and accommodation were spotless. Staff constantly working around the clock keeping it to a high standard. Booked the 2 bedroom apartment for the 3 of us, which had loads of space. The only thing it was missing was a kettle but we got by. Our sons favourite way to start the morning was with some fresh pancakes from the buffet from the chef who cooked them to order. Brilliant staff in the buffet/restaurant and all very friendly. Met some very nice families during our stay so we will definitely book to come again next year.

Honestly there was nothing that we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Friendly staff, good food, Children's entertainment, areas to sit in peace and quiet, lots of sun beds, supermarket on site, location across from beach, near bus stops, near shops and bars, for family’s and couples, love the architecture ie built like an old Spanish village, our room was disabled friendly, clean restaurant and food areas, very helpful staff in reception, bar and restaurant, pool was very clean and well maintained, good supply of towels and sheets changed, kitchen area had everything that was, needed, you could get a kettle, iron etc for a deposit at reception, security was discrete and we felt safe,

We asked for non smoking room but it smelt of smoke and we couldn’t get rid of the smell, but it was next door to our family and wheelchair friendly, the cleaning wasn’t as good as past years lot of dust under beds, walkways had litter around for days, but the general areas, food areas and restaurants were spotless, so just need to look at maid service training.

The location is perfect. Lovely pool & surroundings. The apartments are tastefully decorated & very clean. Lots going on to keep all ages occupied. The food is good considering the large numbers they cater for. The staff are friendly & very helpful. Lots of amenities on site. Bus stop just outside if you want to venture along the coast .

It's not a dislike as such, but a heads up.............. If you have any mobility issues of any kind, please make the hotel aware. This hotel is on various levels, and mostly accessed by a ton of steps. It's a fair trek to the back of the complex. Bizarrely, the fantastic kids pool is the furthest away from the start of the complex. If this is a requirement, perhaps request an apartment near to this but keep in mind the trek back down to the restaurant & other amenities.

Spacious apartment which had everything we needed even a little area to sit outside. I mentioned when I booked that my husband had problems with stairs and we were given a ground floor room close to reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was way more than we expected with plenty of choice for everyone, even someone making fresh omelettes and pancakes. There's plenty of amenities, pleasant outside bar with fabulous sea view, large inside lounge area, laundry facilities, shops, Pizzeria, even a little supermarket. We were only there for 2 nights but will definitely be back.

Really not much. We had a small issue with ants and mentioned it at reception and they noted our room but nothing was done about it. There was a blanket on the beds, over the sheet, which I'm not keen on as I don't know how often these would be cleaned. Only other thing that would have helped would be to have WiFi in the rooms. You need to go to public area if you need it. But understand it's a very big complex.

Excellent location directly opposite the beach, with bus stops outside the resort. Our apartment was in a prime location close to all amenities.

The apartment layout and space was nothing like the photos on booking.com and we complained to reception. The assistant was helpful and said they were all the same, but offered to move us if we wanted. Disappointed with the apartment, but it's prime location convinced us to stay put. Obviously Booking.com would put the best possible photos on their website!

Been here for the 4th time. Returned since having my own family as we use to go here when we were all young. Proper good hotel would 100% recommend. Infact with the additional rooms and new baby pool/football pitch/panel court it is even better now!

The fact we were located at the top on the 3rd floor with 3 kids. 8 year old/5year old and baby in buggy was a bit of a tough walk some days. But that’s just me being a bit fussy.

Location and food were excellent

I would like if they marked the food which was gluten free, they do this in their other hotels, then you do not have to trouble the staff by asking. I am a coeliac and they were great help, even cooked special meals for me but it would ease some of the pressure on the staff, if the just labelled it

Wonderful location beside the sea with a bus stop outside the front door. Beautiful well kept gardens , lots of sunbeds . Well managed and organised restaurant. Very pleasant helpful staff. I loved the peace and quiet of my apartment , which was cleaned every day on the perimeter away from the crowds . But i also enjoyed being among the groups of spanish students and families in the main hub. Excellent choice and standard of food in the restaurant.

I would have liked a kettle and more cooking equipment in my kitchen . I wished the middle pool had been open as it was nearer to my apartment but it doesnt open until June. It would have been nice to have a swim before 11am in the morning .
