The location wasn't far from the airport (took the A2, it's worth knowing it doesnt accept card so either have cash or buy a ticket at the airport machine outside), even though it's not far don't expect to walk it - I couldn't find that it was walkable. A really good supermarket nearby. Beach wasn't far at all, a nice distance. Entertainment didn't seem too well attended (I watched from my terrace so I was partly to blame for this!), but it was great to listen to. Tunes were good. Toiletries were refilled and good, housekeeping were brilliant. The hotel were aware it was my birthday and gave me a bottle of cava - a lovely touch. Good variety of sunbeds around the pool. Pool also felt a good temperature, the one inside was very cold - but maybe that was to some people's tastes - it just meant i stayed in the outdoor one which was fine! Good floating "beanbags" for use in the pool too. Hotel felt clean and comfortable, WiFi largely worked well although there were a couple of areas (including the bar) where I couldn't get signal.

Gym has seen better days, not all of the equipment worked. My room did get warm because air con was only when the room card was in. The mini bar / fridge wasn't cooling at all, it just kept drinks slightly cooler than elsewhere. I expect it might be difficult to get a sunbed on some days. I arrived on a Monday at about midday and I couldn't get one. I assume it was those on long weekends as I then didn't struggle Tuesday or Wednesday, but something to be aware of.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Majority of food at dinner was good and well cooked. Bed seemed hard but was actually quite comfortable. Good air conditioner and excellent cleaning service. Our towels were changed daily and our bedsheets at least once during the week. No noise issues. The pool area is also very nice and we had drinks and lunch at the pool bar almost every day. There is a bus to the airport and also to Palma and Arenal where we went for a walk and a meal. The beach is good with wide sandy area. However, people put towels to keep the sun beds from the morning and it’s difficult to find and use any if get there late. So we mainly stayed by the pool in the hotel.

Dinner lacked variety from evening to evening and choice probably due to economical reasons. Otherwise it was well prepared.

Easy to get to from the airport. Close to the sea and the embankment - 2 minutes. Nearby grocery store, gas station, many cafes. To Palma 20 minutes by bus.

They gave me a room that I was not book. In the old building. The rooms are cosmetically renovated, but old, there is a specific smell. The trash was not removed from the room. The neighbor smoked on the balcony next door, which is unacceptable for me. I had to go back to the reception and ask to change the room. They gave me a room in the new building - newer and more modern with a balcony overlooking the sea. But it wasn't very pleasant to do this, because it was late at night and I was very tired after 2 flights. It is not clear why, if there was an opportunity to immediately give me the room that I booked, they did not do this?

All the staff were amazing. Really friendly, extremely accommodating and great craic (Edwardo!). The food in the buffet restaurant was delicious. There was a fantastic variety and we did not feel that we were eating the previous days left overs. Loved the fresh cooking especially the fish at dinner and omelettes for breakfast! We had a suite with a partial sea view which was nice and roomy. The hotel is absolutely spotless and Monica our cleaner was so lovely. We loved the outdoor area particularly the balinese beds (no extra cost). There was a really cool vibe about it with entertainment each night. The food in the pool bar/restaurant was amazing and really good value for money. We ate lunch there on three occasions.....the prawns were unreal!

The only thing we had an issue with was the pool. There were tiles missing from the floor of the pool and the decking could do with being painted. The pool was also not heated and was quite cold even with air temperatures in the late 20's and more sunbeds are needed!

The room was spacious and had an attached balcony with side view of the sea. The beds were comfortable (but were two single beds). We had booked junior suite and it had complimentary spa access (Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam Bath). The breakfast spread was very good and had a live counter serving omlettes and hot sandwiches.

The hotel didn't have dedicated parking lot. We had to find free parking space in the by-lanes. While we were able to find parking space nearby on most days, on some days we had to park 500 meters away.

I liked buffet style breakfast and dinner (not included in the accommodation price, paid extra), the short distance from the sea (sandy beach about 200m), the round swimming pool open even at night, 24hr reception, shops nearby, public car park 50m from the hotel (busy though), bus stop to Palma city nearby (20-30minutes ride, 2€). Palma airport 1hour walk (4km), if you don't want to pay for the expensive taxi. Room 512 didn't have much sea view (only a little bit in the gap between the other two hotels) but a nice mountain view. Evening program by the outdoor bar/swimming pool (mostly some local singers).

TV without a remote, the control buttons didn't work well (room 512), so I gave up watching TV. Just Spanish, French and Italian channels, and only two English channels (news only). No free drinks were available at dinner, only at breakfast.

Amazing food selection for both breakfast and dinner. Each night they had a different theme (mexican, italian, asian etc.), also many vegetarian options and live cooking. The pool area is very pretty, many sunbeds and lounge areas. Also, the towels rental service is quite useful. We paid 10 euros deposit the first day and we changed the used towels with clean ones every day and we got the money back on the last day.

The room was quite outdated. The bed was not a double, but two twin beds that kept moving. It was really strange that there was a window between the bedroom and the shower, so when one is in the bathroom the other can see everything. I don’t know if this window is in every room, it can be weird for families or not couple travelers. Another minus would be that at dinner there are no beverages included.

In general good experience with this hotel. Very well located, easy to get everywhere. Staff is friendly. Nice pool area. We did not take breakfast, so cannot comment.

The sad part is that there were cockroaches in the room at night. And at the reception we were just advised to not leave balcony doors open during the night. So seems it’s a known issue. If not this, I would give rating 10 to this place

We stayed two nights at the start and end of a holiday cycle touring on the island. Both rooms were booked as Superior Double Rooms but the second one (in the building across the pool) was larger and had a nicer balcony. Beds in both were comfortable and air conditioning worked and was fairly quiet. Good buffet breakfast with wide selection. Pool area has lots of different loungers and beds and a nice bar open late.

We left a suitcase in store while we were away (with agreement). When we returned it was missing. Later found 'in the cleaner's room' but with the padlock missing. It was virtually empty so no contents missing but one does wonder. The storage room is out of sight of reception and much too small for such a large hotel. The corridor to our second room stank of chlorine from the adjacent indoor pool but luckily it did not pervade our room.

The hotel has everything what one needs for a relaxing vacation. I enjoyed sitting by the pool and reading my book. The very friendly staff prepared a fantastic breakfast for us, and the snack bar served delicious burgers or sandwiches for lunch, along with nice cocktails- one even does not need to leave the hotel :) The location is just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The room was comfortable with a spacious balcony, AC worked good, we bought coffee pads for coffee from reception. Spa and massage service is available.
