I was researching Palma hotel for quite a long time so here is my detailed review. -The hotel is 3 minutes away from the beach and there is a bus stop right in front of it -The staff I encountered were always friendly and helpful -Beach towels and room safe were provided free, so disregard any negative comments about it -I didn't face any issues with the elevators, the wait was never longer than 1-2 minutes -The hotel and facilities look newly furnished and quite stylish; my personal highlight was the rooftop terrace with a bar -They would clean our room every day! -Breakfast was diverse enough to eat something new every day of a week; all products were fresh and tasty; the dining area is clean and looks aesthetically pleasing

-It really depends on your level of comfort, but the bathroom and shower are not completely isolated from the room. The doors are made of glass so there is barely any noise cancellation or privacy -I agree with other people's comments about the strange bedding that comes with the duvet. They basically don’t have a proper cover for your blanket and put it in between of two regular bed sheets which is not comfortable and looks weird

HM Balanguera Beach – Adults Only is a beautifully designed hotel with a calm, modern vibe perfect for a relaxing holiday. The room was clean, minimalist, and comfortable, with a great bed and a lovely balcony. The rooftop pool and bar are real highlights — ideal for enjoying sunsets and cocktails in a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of healthy options. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The location is great — just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a stylish and quiet escape.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the very first moment, I felt truly welcome – the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. Every question or request was handled promptly and with great kindness. The breakfasts were a real treat – fresh, delicious, and very diverse. There was something for everyone, regardless of dietary preferences. The hotel’s location is a huge advantage – just 100 meters from a beautiful, wide, and very clean beach. Additionally, the transport connections were excellent – only 50 meters from a bus stop, providing perfect access to the city center and the airport. There are two swimming pools, including one on the rooftop – a great spot to relax. Everything was perfect – cleanliness, comfort, and facilities. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. I will definitely be back!

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've experienced, offering a vast selection of high-quality options. The beach is a mere minute's walk away, and there are several excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

This area has a strong resort-like atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing weekend or, at most, a week-long escape. The focus is primarily on the beach, with a good selection of restaurants and bars to choose from. However, it's worth noting that the overall cost of living here is higher than the Spanish average, which might impact your budget.

The breakfast was super! Really clean hotel, comfy beds. The pool area was lovely, DJ on one afternoon during our stay and chilled music otherwise. Staff were lovely and even provided a surprise complimentary bottle of Prosecco on my birthday which I really appreciated! The hotel is a stones throw away from the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. Bus service running to the city/ other areas from just outside hotel.

There was a really unfriendly staff member working at the rooftop bar on the evening we went up for a sundowner. We didn’t stay long, he was so dismissive!

The location is great. You are very close to the airport from where you can take a bus to the hotel. You are also 1 quick bus ride to Palma. Both bus stops a few meters from the hotel. There was no need to use Uber anywhere. The beach close to the hotel is also nice, but be aware that you will need to rent beach chairs and they are very costly at the beach in front of the hotel. Walk a few meters to your right and you will find beach chairs for less than half. The hotel has great facilities: the rooftop is amazing, the bar is great, the pools and of course the delicious breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The ceiling in the room and bathroom was low. Also at the gym. If you are a tall person you might now comfortably fit. The shower was very narrow, so definitely not made for taller or bigger individuals and the toilet doesn’t give much privacy, the door doesn’t really cover all.

The hotel is soooo nice! we got lucky and they bumped us up to a better room, with a big private terrece wich had our own large sunbed on the second floor. It was a little extra per night, but not mutch. The staff was amazing! Hotel was beutiful, modern, good food, good drinks, roof top pool and bar, great swimming area and sunbeds on the 1.floor. Air con was good and shower good.

I found the bed to be uncomfy but my boyfriend found them good. I am small and he is bigger, so i found the bed hard. The wc was a little akward because the door is never completely closed. I found some of the bartenders downstairs to be annoyed at me when ordering drinks, but nothing serious. I would deffo reccomend this hotel!!

Loved our premium room with a large day bed on the balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view. All food very good and lovely friendly staff

Not too many pool loungers available though that could have improved if some guests didn’t reserve beds with towels then disappear for two hours. Also we prefer step access to a pool rather than metal ladders. We’ve previously stayed at HM Tropical and Gran Fiesta too. They were right on the beach but apart from that and preferring the pool access at the Fiesta, the Balanguera Beach scores top. Loved the covered al fresco dining too.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Very clean and the rooms are spacious with very comfy beds. Very close to the airport also, only €5 on the bus or €12-15.

The location of the hotel even though it’s close to airport and the beach which is fab, we found there wasn’t very much to do. I don’t know if it was just the time of year as well even though it was middle of April so would have thought things were picking back up but everywhere closed at like 10pm. Things weren’t that lively either. It wasn’t that kind of holiday for us but we still would have liked to have a bar that played some live music or something.
