The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, we had many options to chose from. Also, the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach (2mins) and to the airport (30 mins by foot). We were offered access to a swimming pool at another Amic hotel, but we didn't try it. If your flight is in the afternoon the hotel helps you store your luggage in a special room for free.

The only downside of our stay was that the bathroom was smelly, maybe because of the swage.

We had a very pleasant stay. Modest but very clean hotel, for a budget stay. The location is great, close to the main square of a long promenade, beach and best part of Can Pastilla. We had a twin room street view and partially sea view. The rooms are clean, with AC, TV, Sef, refrigerator. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Decent breakfast with variety of food. A large lobby with coffee machine, ice cream and snacks refrigerators, and massage chairs. The swimming pool is in the hotel across the street, same hotel brand. A large sitting area in the lobby and in front of the hotel.

Perhaps some glasses or cups could be put in the room, Sef and weight for the luggage, without extra paying, would be more preferable. Rooms were cleaned earlier in the morning; it would be more convenient to do it later when guests are absent, but lovely cleaning ladies accepted our preferable time absolutely. Btw, it helped us not to miss breakfast. :)

Second time in this hotel, so I knew what I would get. Breakfast was nice, there were all the things you could imagine: fruits, vegetables, eggs, bacon, bread, cheeses, yougurt, cereal, muesli, juices, coffee/tea, pastries etc. Rooms and cleanliness were a bit more than ok, not super, but anyway very good for me in this price range. Luggage storage and courtesy shower were excellent plus. Also, the staff handeled super well the situation, when I saw cockroach in my room at the middle of the night; I was able to change room and sleep that night in another room and move my stuff the next morning. Thank you so so so much for that!

There was nothing I did not like.

I had the same room as last time a year ago! The balcony is on the backyard side, which I like. Even though the bathtub is small, I like a bathtub. I like the wooden balcony doors in "my" room and the beautiful photo above the bed. I like that "my" room has a normal key, not a keycard. The mattress is a tad hard, but still I slept well also this year. Last year I asked for a duvet, which I am more used to being from Norway. The staff is helpful and nice. The room is cleaned every day. The breakfast is very good, with a wide selection of food to choose from. The hotel is close to the beach in Can Pastilla. The bus-stops for Palma and the airport are close to the hotel.

The mattress is a tad hard. But just like last year I did sleep well anyway. There is some noise from airplanes taking off, but not during the night, and it did not bother me.

Everyone at the reception was extremely kind and welcoming. I would especially like to express my gratitude for the following: without even realizing it, I had lost my gold ring with a ruby stone somewhere in the room. Fortunately, the housekeeper found it and responsibly handed it over to the reception staff. The women at the reception promptly contacted me and returned the ring, genuinely happy that it had found its rightful owner. I am truly grateful for their honesty, care, and professionalism! On top of that, the hotel is at a very nice location near to the beach, shops and bus stations. Bus 35 that goes to the center and Bus A2 that goes to the airport stop in front of the hotel. Bus 25 is also very close. Amazing location!

I stay for 6 nights in October 2022. The hotel exceeded my expectations!!! It was much better than I expected. It is a 35min walk to the airport terminal which saved £25 on transfers. The location is 100 yards from Palma Beach where there are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are large with a balcony, fridge and television. The food is very good and there is a lot to choose from. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future. REMEMBER- It is only a 35 minute walk to the airport terminals therefore paying for a transfer is not necessary also, the airport bus stops 50 yards away every 30 mins.

I can't think of anything in particular given that the room was only €51 per night. I have paid more for worse hotels in the past in Mallorca.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and very convenient overall. They also offered free luggage storage if you arrived before check-in or needed to leave after check-out. Plus, Amic Group has several hotels in the area, allowing you to use amenities like the pool at another hotel. There are plenty of great shops nearby, including food and clothing stores, and the area felt very safe at night.

The shower in the bathroom had very low water pressure, which made it challenging to shower and wash our hair (especially for two women). The room was of average size, which wasn’t a problem, but just a heads up—don’t expect a luxurious hotel room. It feels more like a cozy apartment.

Great location—close to the airport, the beach, restaurants, and public transport. I was really happy I booked in this area. We relied entirely on public transport and had no issues getting around. Lovely staff - they were friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and I especially appreciated the bathroom, which had both a bidet and a bathtub.

Not a deal breaker, but the air conditioning could use an upgrade. The toilet doesn’t have an extractor or exhaust fan, though there is a large window you can open to let the stuffiness out.

For the price, it's a good place to stay. The rooms are big-and so are the bathrooms. There balconies that you can actually lock the doors and the location is great-only few steps away from the beach and the shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. Last but not least, the breakfast was also good. Good variety of food and I actually liked their coffee and drinks. The only negative part, my room had a smell of cigarettes but I am assuming this was because the guests of the night before. We were traveling as a group of people and the rest of the rooms didn't have this issue. Also, they can do a bit better with the cleaning but again, it's such a busy hotel and expecting of the housekeepers to deep clean each room daily, it's not possible. Summery: great deal for the price and friendly, lovely staff that make our stay even better :) I will stay again!

The hotel is near the shops and the beach. Workers were very pleasent, helpful and friendly. Regarding meals, we had breakfast and dinner included and there are a lot of choices of food and you can try different meals each day.

It was a bit noisy because of the traffic. Nothing else :)
