Only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport make this is a very convenient place to stay. Negresco is one of the smaller hotels on the Playa and that is entirely in its favour. The staff are wonderfully attentive and none of the facilities are overcrowded - it has the feeling of a very exclusive club hotel. The hotel has a mainly German clientele but that makes it even nicer - it has a true international feeling. The rooms are very well appointed and the buffet at breakfast and dinner is plentiful and varied. There is a wide selection of higher end bars and restaurants in the area and visits into Palma are made very easy by the No.25 bus which stops virtually outside the hotel and gets into the city within 20 mins for just 2€. Wonderful - we will be returning.

Nothing to dislike - but as a tea obsessed English person, I do miss having tea making facilities in the room for the morning!

Location from airport, from Palma, the beach & restaurants. The staff were efficient & so helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean & had a really lovely relaxed atmosphere. There was a wide choice for Breakfast with a freshly squeezed orange juice machine, worth booking to include breakfast. Pool bar menu & snacks were great too, reasonably priced and a good selection. Roof top pool has amazing views & sundeck, it also has a bar but sadly wasn’t open when we were there. We had a room with side sea view which was more than ok, but the views from the full sea facing rooms are worth the extra. Only two small improvers; the mini bar wasn’t cold & didn’t keep anything cold and a coffee machine in the room would have ticked all my boxes.

The location and the ambiance in the hotel are great. The rooftop pool has no shade, but it is spectacular with the view and almost nobody was up there. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We had two single beds instead of a double bed and they were on wheels and not lockable. So it was almost impossible to lay close to each other, the beds drifted apart. Also it is a bit early for the cleaning persons to start vacuuming, shifting beds around and shouting through their walkie-talkies really loudly at 8.30. But those are details, overall it was pleasant.

Great spot, and great staff, the staff made it the best, and the hotel was great. The front desk staff WOW they are great, they helped with everything and remebred my name always.

Warm the pool or the pool on the roof, one of them needs to be warm. The hot tub indoors is no fun, need one on the roof also. I would have spent all my time there. Also needs a bar or a phone that calls the bar from the roof.

It was quite a small hotel compared to some surrounding it. It was nice that it was, it made it more personal. The staff were lovely and the cleaning staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food/drink was good and competitively priced. Pool clean and well maintained. Some great entertainment on a number of evenings. Plenty of facilities available especially the Spa.

On occasion the roof bar wasn't staffed which meant you had to go down 8 floors to the downstairs bar to bring drinks up. Some of the pool attendants did not accommodate guests very well. The umbrellas needed help to be used for most people and it was a challenge to get their attention. Then everything seemed like a bit of an effort! However other pool staff were very attentive and active around the pool. It generally catered more for German guests as they were in the majority. We are of Irish and English nationality.

It was a big pleasure to stay here! Helpful and amazingly nice staff will assist you all the time. Not just on the surface, but with really clean rooms, dining areas and a cafe, you'll feel at ease. The cuisine at this hotel is excellent. You will have more than you need for both breakfast and dinner. Disappointment will be impossible even for the grumpiest person. Also, as it was my birthday, a compliment with bottle of champagne at breakfast was a very kind gesture! The location of the hotel is also ideal. Nice for long beach walks in the evenings. There are numerous markets, souvenir shops and restaurants around the hotel. Buses to the center of Palma in 15 minutes are just 40 steps from the hotel. I don't feel bad about my harsh review as the spa part of the hotel is a separate business. My wife and I bought two massages here and our money was completely wasted. Maybe it was just the incompetence of our masseur, I don't know, but for us the experience, which cost 120€, was a complete waste. It should be noted though that the spa area is extremely clean and the sauna is great. I wish I could have been satisfied with that...

Liked the rooms space and cleaningless, newly refurbished hotel, liked the balcony, liked the friendly staff

We did not like our too small and too old LG flatscreen TV in the room. If they put bigger TVs they keep guests longer time in the rooms and then guests order more food and buy more from their bar, a no brainer. We did not like the UNHEATED pools, both on the roof and on the ground. Heated pool means more guests using them and then buying more from the hotel bar and restaurant. A no brainer again. We did not like that selection of food on breakfast and dinner are of poor variety compared with other nearby hotels.

Outstanding service, location is wonderful and the hotel is really confortable. The food served is really tasty and the prices are really fair. The spa services are also wonderful!. This is our second year at Negresco and i really recommend it. We will be back again. As a quick note, the location is calm but you are right next to 2 busier centers so if you enjoy a few more options, its easy to get to these areas, and the hotel is really close to the airport. About 15 min drive.

It was all great , the only issue is that our room had 2 twin beds pushed together instead of a queen bed and we were a couple.

1.Location: Perfect location just across the beach. 30-40 meter from hotel to sea. There are lots of restaurant, souvenir shops around the hotel. Bus station is 2 minutes by walk and you can easly go the Palma center by taking Bus25. It takes around 20min ( depends of traffic ). Palma Aquarium is just 10 mins by walk. From airport, you can use Bus A2 directly to the hotel. Name of bus stop of hotel is Balneari 12. 2. Foods: In general, we are not a fan of hotel food but this hotel is total exception. Either breakfast and dinner was great. There are wide range of selection in both. 3. Staff: was very helpfull and always welcoming 4. Cleaning: You will smell of cleaning when you firstly come to the room. They clean the room and change sheets everyday if you want. Bath was nice, bed was also confortable. 5.The sea view from the pool on the top floor was excellent 6. SPA was great, Highly recommend to use. It was 8 Euro per person.

1. Pool is relatively small but it was completely no problem for us. 2. You need to pay for drinks at dinner. I was assuming drinks was also included in the price but it was not. At least, soft drinks and water could be included.

Thank you to the hotel for the high level reception; Cleaning, reception, breakfast, organization of birthday. everything was wonderful․ The sea is only 2 minutes away, lovely sand; The beach is urban, 18 euros per day for 2 people․ Our room had a side view of the sea and gave us a nice peace․

The ventilation system was not working very well․ The beach was closed exactly at 6 pm, which prevented a comfortable rest; But the hotel has nothing to do with that, it is probably the decision of the city government; In everything else, the staff was willing to organize your rest;
