The rooms are comfortable and the showers are powerful. We were very tired after a long trip and we got given a early check in.

They charged us 4€ Euro for 2 coffees at breakfast as there is no coffee / tea in the room, it was very strong and we couldn’t drink it. The air conditioning was not very powerful in our room. Carpark was free but we had to park on the road not in a car park. We needed to dry some clothes and they don’t have a portable drying rack available and no help was given by the lady to resolve the situation other than her suggestion to dry them on the side of the bath or go to launderette and use the dryer. The items were beach wear and nice things that can only be air dried and so stuff was all over our room hang drying.

Parking is tight there, so due to a change of plans, we were grateful they accommodated us. The staff were helpful. The decor is very modern but is beginning to get tired.

The area seemed a little rough but parking is underground and secure. It is very dark in the car park - a motorcycle doesn’t trigger all the lights like a car would. There is a lack of signage down there too. Also if you have breakfast included, make sure breakfast staff know it. They sorted the issue out efficiently. The room was noisy - the loo seat squeaked, the walls are paper thin so any late dwellers you’re going to hear.

Staff, including the trainee staff, were lovely, helpful, and attentive. The hotel room was compact but clean and well appointed. The location was good for able bodied people, about 15 minutes easy walk to the tourist areas in the old town . For drivers, the location was great - no driving through the busy parts of the town and parking under the hotel. Breakfast was generally good.

The hot food at breakfast wasn't hot or even warm - The hot plate didn't seem to work. In the room - you had to step into a low bath to use the shower, which I personally don't like.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Pamplona Plaza and found it to be good value. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, both in the bedroom and bathroom. The only things missing were a refrigerator and kettle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking is available on site. The hotel has a very pleasant cafe for breakfast or a snack. While the hotel is outside of the historic centre, we found it to be an easy 20 minute walk to the elevator that can take you up to the old town.

Very comfortable hotel. The staff at the hotel and in the adjoining cafe were just great, very welcoming. Diego, the manager is a really pleasant guy and full of information. As we reserved through "Booking.com" we had free parking. The hotel really is about 15mins walk from the escalator that takes you up into the town. If you don't use this, you can walk up the road to the where the bulls are released for the bull run (thanks for the tip Diego). Very interesting. Just another quick note - despite some comments made about the location, the area felt very safe, some interesting shops and friendly shopkeepers.

There was nothing we didn't like.

This hotel had free secure parking underground which for us was very important when you are traveling with your car and belongings, the hotel was smaller than I expected, but very modern, spotlessly clean and were made feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, please note the dining area is a little Gem we had a lovely simple evening meal and delicious breakfast there and the ambiance was lovely as were the staff, five stars from us 👍🏻

Sound proofing could do with improvement between rooms

Front desk staff very cordial and helpful, giving me directions to Old Town. Good, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Chose for free parking and proximity to train station, where I was dropping off rental car. Nice to have designated parking for 15 minute loading.

No directions for exiting parking garage, so trapped until someone else drove in. Stayed on Sunday night and limited neighborhood options for dining or groceries. Wasn't able to get TV to work.

Warm efficient welcome and check in. Extremely comfortable. Clean. We enjoyed the 20 min walk to the old town. Our 2nd stay and we would happily stay again. A good supermarket nearby and a coffee shop about 5 min walk away served great pastries and coffee. The cafe attached to the hotel was good as well. Parking was very easy. Love the hotel and love Pamplona.

Walls a bit thin but this did not stop our enjoyment because the hotel was very quiet overnight.

Hotel was lovely, staff welcoming. There was a restaurant/ bar next door attached to hotel that we used for eating in. The town was a short walk from the main hub - The weather wasn't great - so we stayed nearby. The facilities were lovely in the hotel. It had a lift I could use instead of stairs for my mobility.

Parking - tricky outside in the road, so drop off was difficult. They had an underground car park - which was tricky to get round - ok if you had a mini!
