We liked the location. The bed was clean and comfortable. No issues with the staff, no eye rolls or up and down looks when we arrived a bit worse for wear with dirty boots and gear. Just checked in quickly and efficiently and up to our room. We were walking the Camino and unfortunately couldn't get any accommodation at Zubiri after walking in the rain and mud coming down off the Pyrenees. So taxied on to Pamplona and enjoyed our stay at this Hotel.

Spain could have kept the lights on. The day after arrival was the day Spain lost their power for most of the day. I probably shouldn't blame the hotel for this.

Large beds (two king singles placed together with separate bedding - I actually quite liked this) and choice of pillows. Good size room. Close to public transport and cheap parking on the street outside. Large bathroom.

The rooms backed onto other apartments and a courtyard where children were playing until late at night. While it was convenient for parking and public transport it was out of the centre. The bathroom walls are covered with contact plastic sheets - it looked nice but I wonder what it’s hiding.

This is an amazing Hotel, lovely staff and premises, the room is big and well equipped, the bed was amazing, we have a baby and the crib was already in the room when we arrived, loved the breakfast, not only had a good variety of options, the taste was good and everything was prepared very well, friendly staff all around. I loved how well build (quality) and care of everything in the Hotel.

I did not have any issues as I stayed during the weekend, and parking in the street was free, but if stay for longer I don’t know how stress free parking will be (they have the option to park in the hotel as well for a price).

Excellent, spacious rooms, nice design. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

The cleaning staff at the hotel doesn't notice that there's a lack of shower gel or that the towels need to be changed or the floors need to be washed. The crumbs on the chair that we showed to the manager when we checked in remained there until the end.

Current rating for this hotel on Booking.com is 8.8. We thought it was under rated. We had a nice stay for two nights. We are glad to choose this hotel while visiting Pamplona. Breakfast is abundant and diversified with nice and friendly service. Room was large and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful, courteous and professional. There were plenty parking spots available on street, free of charge during weekend. It is located outside old town. About 15 minutes stroll from hotel to the edge of old town. Based on our experience, it deserves at least 9.3 to 9.4 even factoring in its location.

The hotel overall is very nice, comfortable, well located and the staff is quite friendly. We have stayed here a few times and it has been very consistent. I can comfortably recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area for a visit.

This last time there were some kids who decided the 5th floor at 3 in the morning was a good gathering place to have loud conversation in the hallway.

The room was extremely clean and spacious. Bed was very big and comfortable and had two different pillows to choose from. Shower was also spacious and with good water pressure. Room has a small refrigerator, TV, small table with two chairs, shelves and hangers to store clothes, steam iron and hair dryer. Location is also very good.

Only negative aspect was the strong smell of cleaning product when we entered the room.

Very close to the Navarre hospital and university. The room was modern and very comfortable. Good beds. very good lighting. Magnifying make up mirror in bathroom. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Parking in street is easy, once explained. 4:40 euro for 24 hours to park in street. The exact money is needed for the parking machine.

Everything was excellent.

Very friendly reception and service personnel, huge variety of breakfast, close to historic city center with a short foot walk, space fpr my moto bike in the garage. I will come back.

Location is a bit outside the city, but still in walking distance and in a calm neighborhood. The cleaning staff once forgot to lock our door, which was a bit of a shock but fortunately nothing got taken
