The hotel was close to the beach and lots of restaurants, which was really convenient. I really enjoyed the breakfast — great variety and tasty food. The pool was large, with three different depth areas, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. Our room was clean and spacious. Free parking was easy to find around the hotel. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of entertainment programs for all ages. Overall, great value for money.

The bar staff wasn’t very friendly, especially the older gentleman. At breakfast, the fresh vegetable selection could’ve been better — there were only onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Breakfast was exactly the same every day for all 7 days. If you didn’t get up early to grab a sunbed, you’d miss your chance — people were literally “hunting” for them. (Though to be fair, that’s not really the hotel’s fault.) The bedroom beds were very high — which wasn’t a huge issue — but the loud creaking was honestly unbearable.

Location fantastic central to town & beach. Best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel since I started travelling over 40 yrs ago. Staff so friendly & helpful. We stayed in a Standard room, bedroom was small but you had a lounge with a sofa small table & big fridge with freezer compartment. Room was basic but clean & a roomy balcony with Mountain View. Hotel very family orientated lots of activities for kids. Recommend for families in July & Aug & couples outside term time.

We liked the location of this hotel. It was walking distance to the beautiful Pine Walk but quiet as it was a couple blocks back. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well. The staff is extremely helpful and polite! Port de Pollenca is stunning and a great location to visit other nearby beaches. We loved the nearby beach though as well and wished we had more time to relax there. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Old town pollenca is also definitely worth a visit and Playa Formentor. My children enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well!

Great hotel with lovely friendly staff. The location was perfect, really quiet as just on the outskirts of Puerto Pollenca but within a 3 minute walk to the main square with cafes and shops on the way. Really well kept facilities and gorgeous pool which got the sun all day. The room itself was very spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was average, the quality of the food and coffee could have been better but for the price I would consider it fair.

Very welcoming and friendly staff at the reception giving all information the that we needed. Brilliant cycle storage with great access from our room. Great breakfast with plenty of healthy options to choose from. The cleaning and maintenance staff always friendly when we met them either in the corridors of the hotel or in the basement bike store working hard. Hotel is located in a quiet area but everywhere is only a short walk away with plenty of parking around the hotel

I like that breakfast is included, and it was very good. Street parking was easy to find. It is a short walk to restaurants, the beach, etc

I did not like that you have to pay for pool towels. The building garbages could have been emptied more often. Also, there was big bird droppings just outside our building that did not get washed up for almost 48 hours. This is minor but they need to improve the flow at the breakfast buffet. Eggs on one end of the room, toast on the other side - things like that.

Nice staff , good sized room with good size fridge. Nice balcony although facing the road . Breakfast was fine . The hotel is well positioned for the area which was really lovely.

Everything was fine in the hotel. The beach was very nice but sunbeds were expensive in this area at €28 per day and extra €2 for the safe. Other side of the island Soller €18 per day & no cost for safe. If you have a family of 4 makes a difference .

Most of all we liked the atmosphere in general and how the stuff treated us as guests. Thanks to amazing people that work there (especially gastronomy and cleaning crew) we could enjoy our holiday with two still very small kids. Food was great (fresh, various and super fast serving), location also (close to the beach and still quiet), nice program for kids and well placed and organized pool. All in one, we will come back for sure and can only recommend this hotel for families (even with babies)! Thank you for amazing experience and rest! <3

Beautiful property. Apartments are huge. We had a pool view but if I went again I would get a Mountain View. It’s only about a five minute walk to the seafront and the stunning pine walk which I would definitely recommend. It’s also only a ten minute walk from the bus terminus and we got the bus from the airport and you can get buses to other resorts too. We absolutely loved this resort and apartments and will definitely be back.

very good choice of breakfast items. dining room staff excellent. everything extremely clean. housekeeping staff did an excellent job. atmosphere very relaxed. walk to Cala Bóquer was so nice we did it twice.

coffee machine in dining area was temperamental. room a touch too narrow for me. fridge in room didn’t work efficiently. not sure i mastered the air conditioning controls. I tried taking in some of the evening music entertainment but found sound levels too high and had to leave.
