Great location and facilities. Breakfast amazing. Staff very good and helpful.

Housekeeping. Our room wasn’t serviced for four days. Shower leaked very badly so bathroom floor was constantly wet. Not very nice and quite dangerous!

Lovely!!! Stay here if you can it’s was so great, the entrance was tricky to get to and had trouble initially. Also the pool is a block away but wow I’m very impress of the pool and the lounge area around the property. The breakfast was a buffet and it was top notch I loved it! And you can eat right out on the pavilion and watch the train go by white looking across the port. The beach does get crowded but not bad. The restaurants closes early 10 pm sharp! Even 930pm so be mindful of that. Downtown Sóller is 15 min away by car but I would just take the train back and forth $8 each way.there is a parking garage 3-4 block walk not too far but doable. There is no street parking available and hard to come by! Just park at the garage! The bar was also great the passion mojito was to die for! The staff was very friendly and showers was amazing and 2 complaint the beds were a bit firm and the hotel room had a weird very slight damp water smell when AC was tuned off. Other than that I would stay here again! Pick this place you will love it

Twin beds were too firm. Smell of damp clothes in the hotel room when AC was lowered or turned off.

Breakfast was incredible, so much choice and really good quality. We also had lunch here on two occasions and it was fabulous. The staff were all super friendly, knowledgable and polite.

There was a slight damp/sewage smell in the corridor which permeated our room a little which wasn't the nicest upon arrival. I think this was likely the air conditioning unit or due to the improvement works? Didn't ruin it and I have been said to have a sensitive nose haha. The carpets could also do with updating to make the hotel more modern.

Soller is a beautiful location with excellent beach and restaurants, easy on the eye and it feels quite exclusive. I guess that's one reason why Fergus is not cheap. The hotel is located right on the sea front, but there are two blocks, one behind the other, so make sure you know which one you are in. The best rooms are obviously at the front with large balconies and sea views. Our room was small, with a narrow balcony, but it was clean and modern, with an excellent bathroom. Great buffet breakfast with generous selection of all sorts of options. Can sit at the front in the open air, which is a lovely start to the day. Staff were so friendly and helpful, all multi lingual. Lovely downstairs bar area for coffee or cocktails.

I had expected a beach hotel with sun lounges by the pool. There was a pool, but it was in a garden that didn't really get much sun, and the pool was pretty cold. At least there's a great beach. Would have liked a larger bedroom.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to the local tram and taxi rank and lots of nice restaurants, and, of course, magnificent views of the Port of Soller. The welcome we received, as first-time guests, when we arrived truly made us feel extremely welcome, as though we were coming home to friends, and the courtesies extended to us by the manager and others working the reception desk were truly outstanding. They were among the most personable and effective hotel staff we have ever had the pleasure to come across! We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

Location

Air Conditioning wasn’t working in our room for four of the five nights we stayed. I had to keep going to reception to ask as they didn’t give us any updates. When we checked in they didn’t explain that the pool was in a different building. We had to again ask at reception for tea and coffee for our room. We paid for a sea view room, which should have some kind of canopy or shade provided as it was too hot to sit outside.

Location & view were perfect & spectacular overlooking Soller”s beautiful bay & marina & watching the tram go by. Breakfast has everything you could want including cava & tapas. Staff at front desk & throughout hotel were exemplary & could not do enough for us. Our room was very nice & well outfitted.

Surprised they didn’t serve fresh squeezed orange juice with all the orchards nearby. It is an old hotel with tiny, old carpeted hallways that commands a very high price in high season. Worth it for the view. Lounge furniture in restaurant could use refurbishment. Parking is a bit of an inconvenience.

On arrival we were welcomed by Gregory who offered a great discount on an upgrade to a room with massive balcony, sun loungers, hot tub. Room also had a dressing area. Was really nice of him and he also got us a glass of champagne on arrival. The location is stunning and walking out the bar onto the promenade is beautiful. Breakfast is good, plenty options available.

We went to the pool only once due to our room being so good with sun loungers on the balcony but when at the pool there was not loungers so we never stayed but pool did look busy.

The hotel is lovely, right on the beach with a great restaurant and amazing breakfast. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. It's clean and they have a shower facility if you have to check out before you need to leave for the airport. You can borrow toels for the beach and I had an excellent massage during my stay. There is also a very nice pool with some drinks and snacks available and a lfeguard.

My shower leaked a bit and and some areas looked like they could do with a bit of a refurb but nothing major.

Rooms and bathroom were lovely (shower had good pressure) location right in the front - there’s no parking but we easily found street parking only a small walk away. Staff very friendly, breakfast was the best I had had in a hotel in Mallorca Only down side would be that the pool is a few streets back and doesn’t have any views ect but you don’t really need it as the beach is so close to the hotel with nice sand and clear water! Will absolutely stay again x
