The hotel is maintained beautifully and overlooks mountains and the ocean. Views were so nice. The staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to help you, offering great suggestions on where to go, and to accommodate your needs - couldn’t ask for more! They made our stay even more pleasurable. Breakfast is included and was a wonderful spread with an option to also order from their ala carte menu. It’s what you would want in a luxury hotel. They valet your car rental for a fee (~30 EUR/night) but it was convenient given the lack of public parking available on the curvy roads (the hotel is on top of a mountain). The location was perfect for us and planned our itinerary accordingly.

We were disappointed that the pool and spa closed at 7pm. We were always out exploring beautiful Mallorca and it would have been nice to relax by the pool in the evening.

Wonderful facilities and immaculately clean. Reception staff were super helpful and welcoming. Excellent staff in the restaurant at breakfast - which was also amazing.

The only negatives were that around the adult infinity pool it felt like the staff were motivated to sell. In other parts of the hotel (room and gym and spa etc) you have access to drinking water but at the infinity pool it’s one small bottle per day. This makes you feel a little uncomfortable if you want to spend the day by the pool and have to think about how you can stay hydrated without buying expensive water.

superb service, restaurants are all extremely good, we stayed in junior suite on sea side and that was one of the nicest rooms we’ve had in our travels, friendly personnel, good communication / quick replies / personal wa. loved the hotel.

only thing missing is the private access to sea / access to sea - this part of Mallorca has really rocky shore and getting yourself to quick dip to the sea was quite adventure BUT the three pools and spa more than compensate for this.

As usual with the Jumeirah brand hotels, this one was exceptional as the others we have stayed in Dubai. Great service from the minute you walk in the door. Cold towel, little gifts for our kids, welcome drink and just overall friendliness and kindness. They make you feel right at home. The hotel is located on top of spectacular cliffs over looking the port and the beautiful sea views. The rooms are great size for the cost and of course in this hotel the views only enhance the overall room experience. We’ll be back to this hotel next time we’re in Mallorca, perfect for our family or if just traveling with your significant other. Whenever we see the Jumeirah brand we associate it with 5 star luxury and this didn’t disappoint.?

Family Pool not really at the level of a 5-stars Very big property: needed 10 minutes walk to get to the room pricing, some other great properties/locations (i.e. Portugal) are more competitive

Amazing experience at the Jumeirah. Room, view, fantastic food in all restaurants, cleanliness and friendly, courteous staff who can't do enough for you. The pool and spa were out of this world and not busy. Interesting area of Majorca with beautiful villages to visit and lovely drives through the mountains. Would love to return.

More frequent shuttle service to and from the Hotel to the Port. Cheaper car parking at the hotel (but you can find spaces outside).

Amazing location, fresh and with many choices breakfast, great facilities, free transportation to Port de soller every hour

Adult pool sunbeds seemed bit worn out. Es Fanals restaurant was not as good as expected and has not good view compared to the other two restaurants.

Hotel had dreadful smell The restaurant food was too expensive and the bar food was disappointing especially when you can go to top restaurants in harbour and pay considerably less. That’s a pity
