Great location for us right next to Cala Nova beach with two gorgeous restaurants nearby. The room we had was a suite so it was a brilliant size with stunning views

It wasn’t perfectly clean when we arrived. Dust in the toilet, dust on some worktops, dust on window ledge. Marks on windows. They don’t throughly clean. Also the breakfast is OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced. It’s €50 per person per day which is excessive. We’ve stayed at Claridges and not paid that price. There’s Aiyanna nearby who do a great breakfast for two people for about €30. Bless hotel need to change the price it’s terrible for the selection you get. The staff at breakfast especially the blonde English lady is very rude - I saw her a couple of times pulling faces at the English guests to her colleagues.

Brilliant hotel with excellent pool, spa & beach access.

We knew the hotel was out of the way of the huddle & bussle but we didn’t expect their to be a 45 minute to 1 hour wait for taxis ( we know this isn’t the hotels fault ) but no mention online regarding this. If booking this Hotel DEFINITELY BOOK YOURSELF A CAR

Beautiful hotel and facilities. Loved the spacious bedroom and swimming pool area.

It felt too busy in occasions and hard to find staff to serve you by the pool or at breakfast. They were all lovely though.

The location is ideal, situated on a gorgeous cove and right beside es Canar town which is a laid back cool area and the larger town of Saint Eulària also close by. On the beach there’s 3 restaurants for lunch / dinner which is very convenient. The staff were fantastic, so attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely food & drinks in the restaurants on site and a delicious breakfast. The room was great size, so clean and comfortable. The Spa is particularly special and so relaxing and there’s also a well equipped indoor and outdoor gym.

Loved everything

The room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff did a great job picking up the room everyday. The view from both of the pools was stunning. The ground pool was heated which allowed for some great nighttime swims but they were almost always out of pool towels before the sunset even came . There was access to a pretty good beach which was nice.

The rooftop pool was really cold in late May so I wish it was heated so we could have experienced it more. The nearby town wasn’t very good for shopping and there were only a couple of good food spots.

Stylish - large room with brilliant view of sea and mountains - lovely balcony - super cool and clean. Great roof terrace - great pool - Early morning swims - pool deserted. Fantastic breakfast - staff outstanding - great service . Travelling solo - then partner joined from check-in to check-out, everyone we encountered was exceptional. Hotel close to a fantastic bay with wonderful swimming - unspoilt - unexpected bonus. Very relaxing

exhorbitant extra cost for cabanas on roof/pool. Not necessary - plenty of space for all. Music should be a choice. No need to have music blasting all day. Use headphones if you want to listen to tunes. Come from a city to get away from noise. One day it wasn’t on and instead the sound of the sea and birds was the underscore to the morning. Gentle live music at breakfast was great- some skilled instrumentalists.

The hotel has a prime location and offers impressive facilities. However, there are significant issues with internal logistics, particularly concerning swimming pool access and the breakfast area, which can be quite confusing.

The room service, especially housekeeping, was subpar. Over our 11-day stay, the housekeepers failed to replenish the sparkling water and, on two occasions, did not provide toilet paper. Additionally, for the last three days, they did not replace the small face towels, and instead removed the existing ones, leaving us with none. For a hotel with a high price tag, this level of service is completely negatively surprising. Furthermore, during breakfast, once certain types of bread ran out, the staff did not bring out more. As a result, we were left with only white bread options, and this was during the peak breakfast hours, not towards the end.

We stopped here 2 years ago & unfortunately the property has not been kept up to. Various faults with the room. No international TV, coffee machine broken, door latch to toilet broken, trapping my wife in. Toilet roll holder loose/falling off the wall. Evening turn down only happened once. All small things on their own but far too many for a 5 star hotel. The whole hotel was in a similar state. The gym floor had a large hole in it which was never attended to.If the hotel was inspected currently it would struggle to retain a 5 star rating. Hopefully proper repairs will be undertaken at the end of the season

The staff was extraordinary friendly and equally helpful. Breakfast was great with amazing live music entertainment on Saturday. Both outdoor pools were spectacular as shown on the Booking.com hotel page and the views from the rooftop bar were superb. We were gifted with a free room upgrade to a junior suite which was very spacious and had a nice jacuzzi. The ocean water temperature was very pleasant and the bars/restaurants on the beach were very nice with an amazing atmosphere. The quality of service provided by the hotel staff was excellent. It was an amazing experience being there!

Parking was charged at an additional 20 Euros per day. Simple breakfast items such as pancakes and omelettes' were not included thus charged separately. Spa access was also charged separately.

We liked everything - the staff was vey mice; the room was spacious; the spa and outside pool were great. Location is perfect - close to nice bars and restaurants, also, there are really enjoyable walking paths (both sides of the hotel where you can do morning and evening walks. The hotel has private entrance to the beach which we found super convenient being with our 2 years' old child. Beach is perfect, such a lovely view. There is a touristic train that you can take from the hotel and explore 20 km trip, incl. stops and various sightseeings and beaches.

Breakfast was nice (especially the french toast) but it was one and the same everyday. For a longer stay, it becomes a bit boring, while you actually have more or less everything you need for breakfast.
