Amazing hotel, with great food, service and staff. Couple of lovely restaurants within a short walk for lunch. Taxi always waiting outside for longer trips to bars, beach clubs, clubs.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, from fresh fruits and pastries to cooked dishes. The spa area was serene and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere with a beautifully designed setup that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the experience.

There was a noticeable limitation in the number of sunbeds available, which made it challenging to find a spot. This could be inconvenient, especially for guests looking to relax by the pool, as the limited availability can feel like a push to reserve a Paid bed.

My wife and I came here on our honeymooon and stayed in the Beyond Me with Sea View suite. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. We were greeted with smiling faces and champagne, as well as a private, early check in which was hugely appreciated as my wife is pregnant. Every single staff member seemed to know who we were and offered their congratulations, which was a very nice touch. The suite and its views were immaculate. Even on the days when the weather was less great the room was so comfortable to lounge around in. The spa was as increcible as always and every meal was aboslutely fantastic. On the days the sun was out the view from our private terrace was divine. If you get the opportunity to stay here take it, it's a wonderful place. Ibiza can get a bit of a bad rep these days, but having been coming to the island regularly since 2011 I honestly wouldn't say anywhere else. It's heaven on earth.

Absolutely beautiful! Great Breakfast! Very accommodating

Rooms were kinda small. One of our rooms had a leak but the property tired their best to accommodate. Some of the guest were very rude on the roof top made us feel as if we did not belong nor deserved to be there. Some of the staff made us feel this way too but other staff members were amazing and made us feel better about the different situations that occurred

Beautiful property- great facilities and gorgeous location, lovely atmosphere and the right balance of chill with a classic Balearic vibe

Service was not always brilliant around the pool if you weren’t in full sight of the staff - time waiting for bar / food service was sometimes a bit slow and felt harder than it needed to be. But really friendly Lovely staff balanced this out

When I turned all lights off at night, the power to the plug sockets seemed to stop, meaning that my phone did not charge overnight Noisy - My last night (Thursday) I could hear music late into the night. I'm not sure if that was from another room or the rooftop bar

I have had an unpleasant expereince with the assistent experience manager. She is the only person in the hotel who is rude to guest's and co-workers. I come to ME hotel for about 8 years know and one of the unique selling points is the Aerial Yoga. Until know this was daily available. And this year only 3 time 's a week, so if you are there one the wrong days, you have no yoga. There was also normal yoga, and know they changed the program, and for me personal that is not a improvement.

Hotel entrance and welcome was exceptional, pool area very nice, views spectacular with great yoga classes. Good location - liked walking along the coastal path to other bays and towns

There were no beds available ( as usual ) round the pool and it wasnt even high season- you had to pay an extortionate amount for the double sunbeds- unacceptable if you are a paying hotel guest and their are no other beds available. Breakfast was 45 Euros per person - that is crazy expensive

The hotel room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.

Overall the staff were great but on occasion very slow. We tried to eat dinner one evening and had actually got our bags and booked a taxi to town before even a drinks order was taken. Above the bed was some sort of motion sensor and smoke detector both blinked all night. Slightly annoying when struggling to sleep. The hotel is reassuringly expensive. €10 for a glass of beer or €25 for a gin and tonic. Literally half the price elsewhere. Spa was good but the lady who did my treatment was fierce. It felt more like a work out than a relaxing treat. The pools are cold! Not an issue for us but always think it’s good to warn people so they don’t expect to spend the day in there! No balconies on most of the rooms is a real shame.
