It would save last minute disappointments and stress trying to find parking in unfamiliar towns at the end of a long journey.

Perfect hotel for a stopover before the ferry or even for a few nights as very close to a beautiful beach. The staff were very pleasant, our room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the sea. Secure underground parking offered. Very nice part of Santander with several restaurants nearby.

The evening meal was dreadful. I ordered oxtail and my husband ordered steak. Both arrived with a white sauce on the plate and that was it. No vegetable sides. Mine was cold so it was reheated and returned looking like it had been dropped!!Should have used a local restaurant.

Great location .Had a top floor room with corner balcony overlooking the sea ,room that was huge .Had mailed the hotel prior to ask for a high floor as usually quieter ..mini bar came with a pricelist ..had a kettle and cups and a teabag each daily .Did buy milk ..reception staff obliging..breakfast plentiful and lots choices .highly recommend hotel ..

Friends came with us as two couples ,requested both rooms on the same floor but their room had no kettle and was smaller than ours and only two people could fit on the balcony..I feel as we paid the same this was a budget room and should of been charged at a lower rate .Hotel moved our friends to the floor below which was the same room type so ended up ok....Had to pay for a bottle of water in the room which I thought was poor..20 euro night to park car at hotel so used street parking..imagine in summer maybe difficult to park on roads ..

Location is super as we enjoy being more coastal than city. Our room was an excellent size and exceptionally clean. We had a lovely view of the sea from our balcony. Excellent walking opportunities along the coast from the hotel.

The hotel had private functions booked all 3 days of our trip and these were very noisy which prevented us from sitting on the balcony or using the grounds. This is a shame as on the last day, it was super quiet and the terrace area is a lovely space to relax. Being English, we enjoy have tea and coffee facilities in the room but none are provided.

This hotel provided me with reasonable price for accommodation and services including quality a la cart dinner and parking. Its location is perfect to take a walk through the promenade around La Magdalena park. Staffs were very kind and professional.

I stayed at the first floor. I could smell various scent from its kitchen and people could find each other in a close distance when they seat in balcony. The way down to the underground parking lot was awful and a bit dangerous because there was no pedestrian path in the parking lot.

Great location out of main centre, close to quiet beaches and some restaurants. . A few bus routes or a half hour walk along coast to everything a city has to offer. Easy check in, multilingual staff who were friendly and helpful. Spotless room with comfortable huge bed, blackout curtains to balcony made for avery good night's sleep. We didn't try the restaurant but the menu looked good

Our room was excellent, clean with a spotless bathroom. We had a garden view but, also could see the sea and had a fantastic view of the surrounding area. The hotel has a fantastic location and the surrounding area is beautiful, plenty to see and do, and a great place to walk. The restaurant staff were fantastic, warm and friendly. The food exceeded all expectations, it was full of flavour, delicious and cooked to perfection. Would also like to say the waiter who served us was wonderful and helpful, the wine we requested was unavailable, he made a fantastic suggestion and the wine was fabulous. Thank you so much.

We found the restaurant a little bit on the cold side, while eating, and the restaurant would have been more comfortable if it was a little bit warmer. This is the only thing we did not like, the cold.

Nice spacious room. Very clean. Staff were exceptional , very friendly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in the middle of lots of traditional bars and restaurants. Lots to do . The palace is a short walk away and the scenery is fabulous. Also the bar is a nice place to relax after a good walk.We had a sea view with a wrap around balcony. I'd highly recommend.

Our first time in Santander and we had such a lovely 5 days here and so pleased we picked this hotel! We had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the beach and we had 2 rooms with a connecting door - perfect! Both rooms had a balcony - 1 small and one spacious with the gorgeous view. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Beach is 2 mins across the road with a great place to eat breakfast which turns into a bar in the day and evening. There is a supermarket 5 mins down the road and a great strip of restaurants before the casino. We did the hop on, hop off bus with boat and train which was a lovely way to spend a few hours with lunch in between. We will definitely come back here!

Would have been great to have a kettle in the second room.

Amazing location, near the beaches. A short walk to Magdalena Palace and the headland. Wonderful hotel and the staff were very helpful. A lovely walk along the beaches and up the other headland to the lighthouse. Close to everything. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking in Santander
