Very convenient location and cheaper prices compared to others. Clean room and friendly receptionist. We appreciate that they let us store our luggage so that we can still enjoy the rest of Sevilla while waiting for our night flight.

Only downside are the kitchen utensils which are poor in quality. The AC was also ubstable during our stay which requires us to restart the AC switch a couple times during our stay. Not enough bin bags for few days of stay and no dishwashing pod and rinsing aid although there is a dishwasher available. Over all it was a great stay and might come back in the future

Everything spotlessly clean. Well organised and rooms layout well thought out. Good quality bathroom and kitchen. Reception helpful and friendly. Felt well organised and run.

Main bedroom windows facing opposite flat very close. Have to keep your blinds almost down until you are dressed. Bedroom below reflects very clearly onto the window above opposite when their blinds are down which could be embarrassing. Anybody using the plunge pool or sun roof above can see straight into your bedroom. The "view over rooftops" a bit misleading, you can see some residential roofs with a church a long way away, but not a problem as I was out all day. It was still too cold for the pool and sun roof to open, but the view over Seville was a bit better up there.

The property had a great location which allowed us to explore Seville on foot. The facilities were great and easy to use, we cooked our own breakfast everyday. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool unfortunately didn’t look quite like the pictures, the pool was more of a green colour and had dirt around the sides, however I understand as a rooftop pool, you can’t always keep it clean. When we arrived the room was clean, except what I presumed to be a used plaster was stuck between two pieces of paper on the coffee table, however this could have been left by previous occupants. The remote unfortunately didn’t work for the smart TV, this could have been due to batteries, but we didn’t ask reception as we didn’t plan on using the TV.

The property is located on a street with lots of bars and restaurants ideal for going out and having dinner or a drink. The keys was a printed card that you had to get from the automated machine which you had to fill in with your details, which scanned your passport to verify who you were. Once your key was printed on card you were then able to access your room. The do have a receptionist in the concierge during the day but not at night. The room had a self contained small kitchen area with a fridge and coffee machine which you could make your own coffee. The room was nice and cosy. There was no breakfast included but there were loads of places to choose to grab food.

The door to the bathroom was hard to open and we just decided not to close it in case we got locked inside. It was a bit hard to get into the property at first as they did not send instructions, we had to request entry through the booking.com app before our arrival.

Nice and clean accommodation, pretty comfortable, 20 minutes away from the center, 30 minutes from Plaza de Espana, you can find free parking pretty close, either very close, either 10 15 minutes walk but you need to be careful to avoid the parking guys who are requesting 1 euro per hour in the free parkings of the city. White lines parkings are free if there is not sign that prohibits the parking between some hours. Some slippers would have been useful as the tiles are pretty cold in winter, and we didnt bring any as we were constraint by the small luggage.

We arrived on New Year's Day and checked in at reception with Maximiliano, who was very helpful with information about where we could grab some food while we waited for the apartment to be ready. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, quiet and clean. The beds were super comfortable. There was also a bed and bowl for our little frenchie. The location is perfect. It is so close to the river and within a short walk from the old town. All in all, it was a great place to stay and would love to come back.

Leaving...we would have loved to stay longer :)

Super noisy air suction or something else that they easily could fix if they just isolated it better

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was quite small but had everything we needed to cook during our stay. The rooftop was great. Had plenty of sunbeds and a small pool. The supermarket was almost next door which was convenient and there was a cute little cafe a few doors up. The location was good, and was within walking distance of almost everything. Alameda De Hércules was a 2-3 minute walk away and had plenty of bars and restaurants.

The pool was too cold to go in. We asked for our room to be made up and for clean towels 3 days into our stay, but this was not completed.

Perfect location, easy to get to the night life (a great bar just downstairs) yet very quiet. Double glazing, so very very quiet. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice and spacious. Kitchen perfectly equipped. And very friendly staff. All in all it was absolutely perfect.

Perhaps for someone using the lounge as a bedroom (ie more than 2 people staying) the hot water heater in the lounge is loud. But heard only in the lounge as the minute I shut the bedroom door it was blissfully quiet.

The room we bought and paid for Great sunlight openness and space Just what I expected for the money we paid. Shame the reception guy didn't give us the Superior room when we arrived on the 1at day but instead put us in a what felt like a claustrophobic prison cell. After complaining on the 1at day and then the 2nd morning he eventually moved us to the correct apartment for the remaining 3 nights of our stay.

The receptionist that insisted we had not paid for a Superior Room with Juliet balconies and plenty of space . Instead for the 1st night we where put in a room with no other way to describe that a clostraphobic prison cell with no natural light
