The staff, especially the blonde receptionist (Unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was absolutely amazing, she helped me with everything I needed. The bed is comfortable and everything is really clean, even the showers, which is a huge plus. The location is perfect. There is also a washer and a dryer for a small fee which comes in handy.

There is no curtain on the beds, so the privacy is not that great Although there is air conditioning, it seemed to me like it stopped working in the late evening, so during the night, it felt like a sauna, so I couldn't sleep despite the comfortable bed. It might be just my feeling though. In the showers, there is no adjustable shower head, only an overhead one, which might be uncomfortable for some people (especially women)

I am so glad we booked the TOC Seville, I had been a little unsure as it is a hostel and I was worried it might be noisy, but it wasn’t at all. We stayed in one of the suites which was spacious, comfortable, and with stunning views. The hostel is in a fantastic central location, and has useful amenities including an on-site coffee shop (good enough to be frequented by the locals) and a washer and dryer (washing powder provided) which came in very handy at the end of our trip. I also loved the finger scanning instead of a room key - one less thing to keep track of!

It would have been great to have two reclining chairs on the terrace so we could sit outside together.

The hostel is in a prime location, very close to the city's main attrations such as the Alcazar. We stayed in a room with two single beds and one double bed. The beds were so comfy and quite big. The room was clean. The staff were so nice as they showed us the city map and explained about the things tourists should know. Also, the other side of the hostel is a cafe. We ate there once and were so impressed with the cakes and food. We really like the hostel and highly recommend it to those who will visit Seville.

One thing I think should be improved is the canteen in the common room as it doesn't have enough lights.

Amazing hostel with everything you need, even the smallest and simplest details are available like a socket inside the locker to charge your electronics while you’re away but also keeping them safe and hidden inside the locker and an extra locker on floor zero to store your luggage (that doesn’t fit in the locker inside the room). But they also didn’t forget the basics like a comfortable mattress, hair dryer, a towel, …etc. Overall it’s an amazing hostel and I’d definitely recommend!! 💯

Only one thing that was a bit annoying is the light in the bathroom and the sink area. It’s automatic and it turns off every couple of seconds and you have to move everytime for it to turn on again. It’s even more annoying when you’re inside the toilet and it turns off! They should just change it to regular light! I had to use my phone’s flash inside the toilet and the light from the shower room when I was in front of the sinks. Another thing is, if they added curtains to the bed that would be amazing, though not a big deal for me but it’s better for extra privacy.

I must commend Alba for her exceptional service! She went above and beyond to cater to my needs. Possibly the friendliest Spanish person that I’ve ever met in my life. She deserves a raise!

The absence of hangers/hooks in the bathroom for your clothes and toiletries. The design of lockers could be better. I couldn’t store my big luggage as the locker was high up, and I couldn’t reach the hanger as well. Please put short people in consideration 🥲

Good value for your money, easy to locate, cheap hostel right in the centre of the city, the receptionist speak English and were kind and helpful mostly Sophie who check me in and the check out.. also the tall receptionist guy at night who help to find my lost phone. There’s elevator, your finger print is the key to your room so you don’t need to be wrong about losing your keys, a lot of restaurants around and the hostel also have a restaurant. There have a kitchen for guests in the basement which I only use once. Two toilets and a shower for just the 6 girls and wide dressing mirror which the girls love so much because of their makeup, I also love.

On the last day of my stay, I have try lifting the mattress up, so to be sure I left nothing behind because I can be careless sometimes, what I saw on the other side of the mattress was horrible, if I had seen it earlier I would have ask for a change of mattress because sometimes there’s a strong smell from the mattress but I always ignore it not knowing is coming from the mattress 😩, below are some pictures I took of the mattress. Staff is amazingly helpful, especially Mr.Andrea. Location couldn’t be better to be honest. Hostel looks pretty nice and stylish.

Automatic light in a room with sinks and showers never switches off during the night, so it comes to the main room. Yes, there is a door between those rooms. However, it’s noisy, not all people close it properly, also there is often movement there and back, so you see a light all time. It was pretty disturbing. In addition, the location of lockers is slightly uncomfortable too. There was someone else’s locker right next to my bed (head side) and its door was opening to my side. It would be better if it’s my locker because it can be disturbing when a person use it during the night. Meantime my locker was in a different place.

Amazing location. Just a few minutes walk to all the main tourist attractions and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also loved getting a free towel! The interior of the hostel was very pleasant and the common areas were clean and nice. The room was comfortable and clean. It was just a little bit hot in the room at night but that could be fixed . I would definitely come to toc hostel in Sevilla again and recommend anyone visiting Sevilla to come here also!

The shared bathroom had automatic lights that would go off like every minute so you had to constantly move in order to turn them on. I found that a bit annoying at times but it was bearable. The wifi connection in my room was not the best but it was ok.

Excellent location (you can practically see the cathedral from the window!), staff were very professional, helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfy and there was hot water in the shower most times.

There is noise from the street, especially when opening a window for some fresh air. There was always a leak on the floor near the sinks that created a puddle. Not much socializing in the hostel and the common area was small and not much used, neither the kitchen was functional very much. It's not a hostel to meet new people (unless you get lucky in your dorm), and it was relatively pricier compared to other hostels in Seville.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at Toc Hostel as a solo guest. Checking in was a breeze, even with my late arrival. The staff provided comprehensive information about must-see attractions in the city. The English-speaking receptionist ensured clear communication, making my experience seamless. I stayed in a 6-bedroom dorm at which was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and easily accessible with fingerprint ID, providing a sense of security. There was plenty of space, and the bed was not only comfy but also impeccably clean. The thoughtful combination of comfort and technology made my stay even more enjoyable. A great choice for solo travelers seeking a comfortable and secure accommodation. The room also had separate lockers for each bed for security of my personal items. You will need your own lock for these. The hostel's central location, just a 2-minute walk from Catedral de Sevilla, was incredibly convenient. Additionally, there were plenty of food options nearby, enhancing my overall satisfaction with the stay. Highly recommend!

I didn't come across any issues during my short stay at Toc Hostel.
