Great entertainment team, particularly for kids. Warm indoor pool great for cooler October days. Staff all friendly and very helpful. Good food at all meals with decent choice on offer meaning we didn't get too bored with the options after a week. Shuttle bus to cala millor beach was useful.

Heated outdoor pool was not as warm as last year, which was disappointing as it was too cold for the kids to use for any longer than 5-10 minutes. This was our only real gripe really, as we chose the hotel specifically because it had the heated outdoor pool. Less theme nights in the restaurant compared to our last visit. Not a huge deal in the scheme of things though.

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The receptionist was outstanding. She speaks multiple languages including German and Russian, English and Spanish. The breakfast selection was remarkable. Great quality food and huge selection. The room was clean and tidy, but if u need a cup for tea. U need to get one from the kitchen. TUI entertainment team did marvellous job entertaining kids.

The kids pool has really cold water. However the adult pool has warmed water. This is probably the only thing I wasn't happy about.

The breakfast is amazing, there are a lot of options, everyone should be able ti find something. The room and balcony are also really spacious and we didn‘t have any issues with noise

I‘m not sure whether I overlooked this while booking but this is really a family hotel, the pools are also made for kids, we were almost the only ones without kids. There also isn‘t really direct access to the sea, we had a rental car so that wasn‘t an issue luckily. There also isn‘t a lot of privacy inside the apartment because the door to the bathroom is only a milky glass door which also can‘t be locked. The kitchen should also be updated

Good option of food for all inclusive, not the same every day. Staff were friendly and the kids pool was great for my daughter! The pools were cold (none heated during October) but once you got in it was fine as long as you don't stay in too long. Great kids club, my daughter asked to go back! Nice size rooms and terrace, really clean and welcoming. Hotel is in a great location near the beach and have bikes you can hire within the hotel.

When we arrived we were charged more than expected and our room wasn't ready until 2.30ish and then our keys didn't work. We were able to use the facilities while we waited though. There were also lots of flies everywhere, the only place we escaped them were on the loungers inside the kids pool. We were also disappointed that there was no entertainment on on the Thursday evening until 9pm which is when the main show is. I also expected the spa pool to be warm but it was cold. The gym and sauna were lovely though.

Rooms were clean. Bathrooms had bathtub and shower. The staff was very friendly. Food was great. Almost each day, at dinner, was a different cuisine ( asian, mexican,etc). You can choose from fish, seafood, beef, chicken. Breakfast was good, as well. There were a lot of activities for children, and in the evenings, for adults. If you have acces to the spa, you can use the heated pool, sauna(wet and dry) and jacuzzi. You can park the car on the street, we easily found a place to park the car. When we arrived late in the evening because the flight had a delay, they allowed us to use the restaurant and eat.

For 2 days in a row we had problems with the acces card, but they solved it by replacing the acces card.

Wonderful staff, very kids-friendly, great programme. Baby club was awesome, we could finally go on a date with my wife while our baby girl was in a safe and fun environment.

A bit far from the airport but the airport bus stops right across from the reception. The furniture could have been in better shape but it is understandable in a kid-friendly hotel.

The staff were very accommodating for our small family wedding party. Very happy to see a wedding party in the hotel and always welcoming. There were also two small kids and the kids facilities were great to have for the parents

While the bar was good to have, it would have been nice to have an adult bar in addition within the hotel.

The Best Hotel between other hotels with the best 2 different swimming pools near Cala Millor. Very popular for young couples with young kids. I really enjoyed it. Also they have the best breakfast I ever had at Majorka. Very big restaurant with so many different choices for favourite food you can eat no limits. Please remember that the best sea side is about 4 km a way down to the south side of central Cala Millor.

There are many options for all meals and the rooms are nice and spacious. Furthermore there are some great pools - it should be possible to find one that fits everyone.

A few of the foods - especially the sweet options were "premade/bake-off". It was very easy to taste.

Great and rich breakfast. Staff were helpfull. Nice location of the hotel. Parking on the street for free.

There was a musty smell in our bedroom in our downstairs studio.
