We booked this last minute and felt the price was very fair. It was clean and comfortable. It was nice that it had a bar in the hotel. The pool looked great, but for us, it was too hot (100°F) to be at the pool with no shade.

It wasn't walkable for us to get to the historic part of Toledo. The air conditioning and lights kept getting turned off because the head of the bed was pushed up against all the switches on the wall. It was nothing I have ever seen before. The switches were directly behind the pillow. Once we realized, we just moved the pillows over. Wifi was spotty in our room.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location really friendly helpful staff on the doorstep to all the local attractions too !! We would of used the Spa and swimming pool if we had stayed longer

The one gripe is probably down to personal preference, the bed was not very comfortable unfortunatly, Also be aware if you get a taxi from the hotel to the Cathederal, we paid €12 euros going and only €6.50 coming back !! Quite a difference not nice to be ripped off !! Also beware touts at the taxi drop off we got conned by a nice chap who showed us to the monistery and shop where a chap was hand making silver and gold thred jewellery we bought a bracelet for €60 then in the town in a shop they were selling for €15 !! Dont trust anyone we were totally p...ed off unfortunatly we would not visit Toledo again nb:- not the hotels fault just wanted to make people aware !!

The Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The Hotel plus the bedroom/bathroom were exceptionally clean throughout. The bed was large and very comfortable, as were the pillows. All linen/towels were white and of a high quality. The 'Menu del Dia' in the Cafeteria was delicious. We received an eml. offering us a 'free bottle of wine' with the lunch/dinner in the Hotels Restaurant, but this eml. arrived too late, as we had eaten. This eml. should be sent out to clients beforehand, to make them aware of the complimentary offer, as we would have undertaken it. However, being hungry after our journey, we just went immediately into the Cafeteria to eat something.

It was a little far away from the centre of Toledo and the local bus does not run very often - we waited for an hour, but sadly, it did not turn up! Also there were no Taxis available, outside the hotel. The buffet breakfast was also a little disappointing as there was not a huge selection of 'Hot' food offered and what was offered was unfortunately cold or 'Tepid'. This could do with addressing with the catering staff. Also maybe offer a 'Full English' menu as well as the Continental.

Dated decor. The evening restaurant opens at 8pm. Swimming pool doesn’t open until 11.30am. There was supposed to be an all day cafe but it didn’t seem to serve any food, and outside at the pool bar they didn’t seem to have any of the ice creams the kids asked for

Beautiful views and excellent facilities, the hotel was easy to find with ample parking. It was a short walk to a bus stop to access the city centre.

After being pushed to check in online to make the process easier for us, it wasn't. We arrived a little early (1430) to be told our room wasn't ready, only to see several other arrivals checked in immediately. There may have been a genuine reason but it didn't feel good. The pool was closed for refurbishment (Late May?) and as we didn't want breakfast there was no facility to get a coffee until 1100 when breakfast was over. A few of the staff seemed somewhat aloof, very unusual in Spain.

Convenient location

The rooms were clean but there wasnt a blanket on the bed. Only a sheet. Its summer ok, but with the ac on id like the option of a blanket. I used a towel The elevators are scary! The telephone system wasnt working so if i wanted a blanket, which i discovered after being in my pyjamas, id have to go to reception and ask. Also i wanted to buy coffee in the morning since there was nothing in the room, but was told i needed ti purchase the breakfast buffet or wait untill after 11 when breakfast was over. No water in the room as a courtesy.

All the staff we came into contact with were super, nothing too much trouble, always with a smile. The tapas and drinks in the bar were fairly priced and good value for money. The breakfast was varied and should cater for most tastes.

Not much, the main car park above the property as you enter doesn’t have curb appeal but once inside the hotel its what you would expect. Comments about being a little tired and bad room soundproofing are correct but didn’t spoil our stay. The only issue we had was with the room safe, we wasn’t offered a room safe key so assume you need to request one, ours didn’t work and needed changing more than once.

The cleanliness is incredible, and the staff are fantastic. Although there was a language barrier, they really tried to accommodate and appreciated when you tried to speak Spanish!

The pool is surrounded by trees so can sometimes shed into the pool, and the location (not their fault) was slightly out of Toledo old town - around 10 euros in a taxi it’s good to know though as the majority of restaurants etc were on old town.

We experienced a problem in the room with an broken airconditioning and without hesitation changed our room to fix the problem. Staff at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful.

Like in many hotels we stayed, also this one did not provide enough power outlets in the room to charge phones and tablets. This is the only point of improvement.

Large free parking. Tasty and varied dinner and breakfast. Cleanliness in the rooms, the view from the rooms to the city is very good. Very good SPA, discount for hotel guests. There is enough space for everyone by the pool

This hotel does not have now a children's room / animation for children, which would make staying with children much easier. The pool is sometimes dirty in the afternoon, you need to keep an eye on it!
