Gorgeous historical boutique hotel with the absolute best staff! So much fun very relaxed atmosphere with memorabilia of the Spanish guitarist around the property! We had a lovely dinner tasting menu by chef Miguel absolutely top notch! Our room was very comfortable and spotless! With only having five guest rooms it was lovely meeting other guests in the lounge patio area! Close to everything you want to see in the historical district! We would definitely stay here again if this way again!

Whole atmosphere was delightful in this beautifully restored house of famous flamenco guitarist. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Sarah (trainee) who went above and beyond to settle us into our first floor suite and shortly afterwards she showed us around the house and explained it’s history. This gave us a wonderful first impression which continued throughout. Location is brilliant in old city next to church where El Greco painted his early works and is buried. Everything is very comfortable and setting for breakfast is so beautiful and tranquil. We stayed 3 x nights and highly recommend this boutique hotel.

One night the guests in the room above us came home late. Their walking back and forth on stone floor woke us up and we could hear some loud talking.. Apart from that, no external noise or concerns.

The location of the hotel is near to a historical church. The interior design of Dos Aguas hotel is a beautiful mix of Spanish and Andalucian design. Each room has a designated musical name that honors the Maestro Paco de Lucia composer and guitarist. We were in Toledo on a very hot day of 39 deg weather. Our room had aircon and a ceiling fan. After we walk a couple of hours seeing the sights of Toledo. It was a wonderful pleasure to have an iced drink from our Minibar. Breakfast is excellant. Important to book a table for dinner in advance of your arrival. Limited seats and it is more of a Chef Table with each dish a speacialty of the Chef. The staff were warm friendly and helpful.

This was one of the big highlights of our trip. I specifically selected this hotel because of it's association with Paco de Lucia ( my partner is a massive fan, so we stayed there on his birthday!) Because it's Toledo, it is a bit tricky to find - the hotel is tucked away behind a bollarded entryway at the top of the hill Toledo is built on, and the actual parking lot is all the way down at the very bottom. Fortunately the hotel lowered the bollards and we were able to pull in to offload our luggage before going to park. The hotel itself is magnificent - we loved the look and feel of it, the rooms arranged around an internal courtyard. Ana is incredible as well, so thoughtful, patient and kind - she helped me arrange a birthday cake ( I asked for something very traditionally Spanish) and it was from the oldest bakery in Toledo, and delicious beyond words - we both ate almost half that evening, it was so good. The room we were in was smaller, but very well appointed - and very comfortable. We had a little issue with the amount of scent in everything, but came to learn that that is just Spain, you really can't get a hypo-allergenic room for sensitivities, so I don't fault the hotel for that at all, because they did their very best to accomodate, and that's all we can ask. The music room is a MUST if you are a fan of Paco de Lucia - we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves. My partner played their house guitar, we listened to music and had a lovely time. He said it was the best birthday he's ever had, so.. there's that. The next morning, breakfast was So. Damn. Good. Ana again was there to make sure we had everything we needed, and was so patient will all our questions. The meal itself was delicious ( we had the 'Wonderful breakfast), and so much food - Ana offered us eggs as well, and we just couldn't there was so much to enjoy, and I still regret that!!

I honestly don't think anything could have been better. The only thing I would mention was scent - but again, the hotel did their very very best to accomodate our request for scent-free, and we know it's not always possible, especially in smaller boutique hotels - but if you do need that accomodation, just be advised it MAY cause discomfort, may. We were able to still have a fantastic time though.

The host/manager and all the staff ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible, beginning with a tour of the house. Staying in such a historical home of one of Spain's beloved guitarist truly added to the magic of Toledo. The room was very comfortable and quiet, which is very much appreciated. The location was perfect–right up from a car park and away from the fray of locals and tourists enjoying the charm of this medieval city. And, not only did the staff make us feel at home, they also surprised us with thoughtful treats! This is the perfect retreat for those travelers wanting to experience the magic of an old city with the comfort of modern conveniences dressed in local culture.

Location within the old part of town opposite a monastery where El Greco is buried. Staff was friendly and welcoming and gave us useful information about the city and what to see. Music was pleasant and the breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We walked from the train station which was quite strenuous and we were grateful for the outside escalators at the steepest part. Treats of chocolate and marzipan!

Did not realize we were getting a room without a window to the outside but into an enclosed internal courtyard. It was rather dark. Fortunately we had air conditioning so that we could sleep in a cool room. The more costly suites were bigger and looked out onto the square. Only option for dinner was a rather expensive prix fixe multi-course specialty meal sitting at a counter in the small restaurant which we didn't participate in.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and informative. It is the former home of Spains most famous and best flamingo guitarist. You get a tour of the hotel from a very knowledgeable front desk staff member which adds to the charm. The hotel has a 9 seat restaurant for lunch and dinner and the meal is cooked by one of the most talented chefs I have had the pleasure to be cooked for- and I have eaten at many michelin 1,2 and 3 stars around the world. The breakfast nook seats 15 which is the maximum guests the hotel can accommodate. We will be back to Toledo as we own a home in Spain and would not consider staying anywhere else.

Nothing- if you want a cookie cutter hotel, go somewhere else. This hotel is perfect.

Charming and beautiful boutique hotel with amazing and highly devoted staff. Both Andreea and Ana went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful, especially as we arrived for the famous Corpus Christi procession! They gave us restaurant recommendations ahead of our arrival to plan for the busy celebrations and helped us find a public parking spot for our rental car. The house has been nicely transformed from La Casa de Paco de Lucía into a small boutique hotel! It has so much character and the music from the artist is played in the background which is very relaxing! Very special breakfast - we chose the desayuno fantastico - which was prepared with great care and attention to detail! Breakfast is served in the atrium, and you are surrounded by plants and memorabilia of Paco de Lucía, a very relaxing way to start your day! Great location, it took us about 10 minutes walking to either the Cathedral or Plaza de Zocodover Nice rooftop to enjoy the views and a peaceful rest. Quiet neighborhood and there are a few tavernas just around the corner Experiencing Toldeo during the Corpus Christi time when it is so beautifully decorated! An experience of a lifetime!

The weather was pretty warm at the end of May and I was having difficulty with the heat on Corpus Christi, especially when I was in the sun, even though it was only about 35C. We were told that temperatures can get into the 40C in June through August which would be too hot for me as there wasn't much of a breeze. Plan accordingly if you are sensitive to the heat!

The 'hotel' is not so much a hotel, but a memorial to the famous Spanish guitar player and composer, Paco de Lucia. The hotel used to be his family home on the top of Toledo but was recently converted into a gorgeous boutique hotel with only a very small number of rooms (I think around 7 or 8). The decoration, the fittings, the creepers tumbling down from the balconies of the internal courtyard and the ambience are really quite something. There is also a small internal restaurant which does very good 'degustation' dinners, which are not far from Michelin star quality. We were very pleasantly surprised, having booked because of location / price and were unaware of quite how 'boutique' and 'quaint' the hotel actually is.

If the best score is 10, this remarkable hotel goes to 11. It is a sheer delight. We were greeted with a smile by Andreea, who is simply exceptional. She helped us with our luggage, spent time running over the map of beautiful Toledo, telling us what not to miss and which restaurants were the best. This boutique hotel was formerly the home of arguably Spain’s greatest flamenco guitarist, Paco de Lucia. It is a wonderful insight into his private life and in his small, evocative studio in the basement you can almost feel his presence. The interior of the hotel is resonant of a small riad, a charming retreat from the epic streets and historic buildings outside. So many hotels skimp on the little things, but not here. Andreea and her team have looked after every detail from complimentary water and coffee/tea, to an ‘honesty’ bar and carnations in the bathroom. And a visit to the upstairs patio overlooking the tiled rooftops is an essential venue for that last late night glass. I could go on and on… Two specific recommendations: 1) Book early to dine on their exclusive, unique restaurant that takes only 6-8 people. It is an unforgettable experience. 2) Make sure you don’t even think of going anywhere else to stay in Toleda. This is special. Oh, Let me add one more… 3) 🤫 Let’s keep it our own little secret 🤐
