This hotel has a beautiful historic exterior that really stands out—people walking by would literally stop and admire it! The atmosphere is full of charm. The front desk staff were all super friendly and professional, making me feel very welcome. My room was incredibly spacious, with an amazing bathroom—and I was so happy to have a bathtub! Best of all, the view of Toledo from my window was absolutely unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!P.S. When the elevator wasn’t working from the 3rd to the 2nd floor, one of the cleaning staff immediately helped carry my suitcase down the stairs. She was amazing—such great service!

Great hotel , within the city walls. Sat nav right to front door from Madrid airport , no tools 1 he 30 mins with traffic. Used the hotel garage 18euros a night money well spent. Hotel breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice 15e would recommend. Location was great and I walked the entire City. Get the small train around the city walls first and get your bearings. After that the city is easy to navigate but you will get lost but that’s the best part

Excellent location in old town Toledo. Staff always very kind and open and helpful. The room on ground floor not too big but spotless and very, very quiet. The restaurant has and interesting menu, well prepared dishes, good recommendations. The parking is small but if yioou get a place is a high plus for only 16 euro (considering the location).

Nothing to complain about. I know this structure for many years and I noted their improvements.

Excellent location within walking distance of all the major sights in Toledo. Large comfortable room with king size bed and plenty of storage. Good size bathroom with shower over whirlpool bath. Good breakfast buffet with range of cooked options. Quiet.

Shower over bath awkward to use and left water on floor of bathroom. Coffee making facilities in room, but only instant coffee Confusing way of ordering cooked items at breakfast; would be better to have a simple menu

The location was excellent. Our room was ample size. The bathroom was large and the water pressure in the shower excellent! The lobby is basic as is the room, but all clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We did the breakfast included which felt like a good value and good service. We would stay here again. We liked staying one night in Toledo to experience in late afternoon and evening.

Perfect location in Toledo --- right in the Jewish Quarter which we wanted to visit, near the gorge for beautiful views. We walked to cathedral, San Tome, alcazar, main square and used the Hop On Hop Off bus for an overview of the old town area after dark. Breakfast was outstanding. Room was impeccably clean and bed comfortable.

We loved this property but front desk people were not consistently accommodating.

Very good breakfast. Delicious dinner. Exceptionally responsive front desk and other members of staff. New bath facilities.

Flies in the restaurant. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so the air on the room gets stuffy if you do not want to let buzzing blood-sucking insects fly around.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was immaculate and the location was both quiet and close to everything. On-site parking was a bonus.

The decor was a little dated but fine, comfort and cleanliness are the priority and in that regard the hotel was excellent.

Great location and breakfast. The parking lot was within the building.

Difficult to get into and out of the lot. Narrow parking spots with support columns near vehicle. Street to exit the lot is a one lane but has two-way traffic. Obstruction by a container where a left hand turn was required further made egress difficult.

We loved everything about this hotel.

If we were going to leave some feed back for the hotel, we would say think about having some nice seating in the bar area, such as a comfy sofa. This would encourage more people to want to stay in the hotel at night for drinks and food.
