Location very safe and peaceful, plenty of on site secure parking. Room good size with comfortable bed, great balcony (although view better from a higher level). Shower and bathroom excellent. Air con excellent. Spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast at €10 was good value as unlimited although cereal choices limited. 15min walk to edge of Toledo but quite a walk to the the far side and Alcázar. Pool clean but smaller than pictures suggest however only full on 1 day of 4 day midweek stay. Connected bar excellent with friendly and polite staff. Traditional decor.

All food and drink facilities closed on a Monday. Restaurant staff could have been friendlier resulting in not eating there. No option for pool drinks unless going into restaurant which isn’t appropriate in pool attire. Bar did not open until 5pm

Fantastic view from the rooms balcony overlookong Toledo. The decor is a bit dated but everything was clean and functioned perfectly. Aircon worked well when it was 35 degrees outside. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good secure parking. Bus stop just down the road, L71 bus goes to town every hour at quarter past the hour and costs €2.80 to Zocodover Plaza. Beautiful setting, has a large function room which can be used for a wedding or special occasion. We didn't eat here, so we can't comment on the food. This was our second visit. We only stayed one night on our way to Malaga. We would choose to stay here again.

The pool and surrounding area are small but secluded and adequate. There was no walk-in shower. It was over the bath but was hot and strong flow. No fridge or coffee/tea making facilities.

The property is really nice and the views towards Toledo are lovely.

We asked for a double bed and they told us the room would be made up as a double but it was two twins pushed together. The bathroom is very tired and has seen better days. There's no privacy between terraces. Sound proofing could be better too as I was woken up by amorous neighbours! As a non Spanish speaker it would be good to have more assistance organizing a taxi back to the hotel from the center as the last bus leaves at 9.45.

We booked this hotel because it was convenient to the old town and had its' own car park. The very helpful receptionist explained that we could walk to the old town (it took about 10 minutes downhill) but a good idea is to catch the bus to the far side of town and walk back. We did both, on the first day walking and on the second day taking the bus.

Our room was on the ground floor so we did not enjoy the best of the view. We were only stopping one night but if we were returning and maybe staying for longer we would request rooms on the higher floor.

We had a really nice room at this hotel, away from the main building, and straight across from the restaurant. It had a small terrace (although we didn't use it because of the heat in Toledo at this time of year), but the view of the cathedral and city was spectacular. Plenty of off-road parking, and the pool was great. Breakfast was a buffet, and plentiful.

Don't expect your room to be ready when you arrive 😠! Check-in was 2pm. We arrived at 3:30pm, and still had to wait half an hour. The restaurant shuts from lunch-time Sunday (when we arrived), until breakfast Tuesdays (except Monday breakfast), and the recommended eateries within walking distance weren't open either night! If I'd known there were no meals available, I wouldn't have booked. Thankfully we had a car. On check-out, I waited a good 10mins whilst the receptionist talked on the phone (business), but didn't even acknowledge me standing there, so left the key on the counter, and walked out.

The view is magnificent. The balcony is a treasure. The rooms look stylish and classical with the heavy wooden doors and elements from wrought iron. The hotel is not in the tourist center but this is only an advantage - no noise from tourists, a lot of space and this view... For sure I will repeat it next time.

The bus that links this part of the city with the center is on every hour and sometimes it goes earlier than the schedule. But walking to the center is also feasible and the road is pleasant.

The view from the room was exceptional, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly, and helpful.

We arrived on a sunday and the restaurant was not open on sunday night which was a shame because it was our wedding anniversary and most of the restaurants in Toledo were also closed! (take note if you will be staying in Toledo sunday, monday or tuesday night...)

The room was situated at the 1st floor of the hotel and had one of the most beautiful views. From the balcony you can see the city of Toledo. Honestly best choice you could do The hotel has a beautiful garden and restaurant plus the pool ( a small one) .From the hotel on foot you can arrive to Old town in 15 min....so it's OK.

No fridge in the room. Coffe it's good in the hotel but the reception had to ring the Staff from the breakfast area to see if they can prepare one for us. A bit too much just to buy 2 coffee. ...Breakfast 10£ / person. ..So if you just want to buy 1 coffe and 1 brioche....a bit difficult.

Very good hotel. Breathtaking view on the Toledo from the balcony. Good breakfast. Bar on the territory (from 16:00 to 24:00). Free parking. Swimming in the pool , after long day of walking under Spanish sun, is nice (free towels are on the reception). 10–15 minutes walk downhill to the old city entrance. This part of the city is very beautiful (museum of El Greco etc), but could be difficult for seniors walking uphill. On another hand 100 meters from the hotel is bus stop. For 1.5 euro you can get to the main square of the old city. Helpful staff will provide you with the schedule. Or you can get taxi. 6-8 euros.

I liked everything.

The hotel was within walking distance of the old town and the Tour Bus. Balcony was a bonus with a lovely view go the city. Nice to have a dip in the pool at the end of a very hot day.

Arrived on a Monday to find out that the bar and the restaurant were closed. After a very long drive it was a bit disappointing. Took a while to find Gluten free bread for our breakfast. Arrived when we had nearly finished.
