Great location, right on the strip, near loads of restaurants and bars. Nice pool area for children and not too strict with regards a ball or the floaties. The appartment consists of one bedroom, and then the sitting room had two single beds for our girls. They are spotlessy clean and we were very lucky as we had a pool few to our front door and a sea view from the balcony on the back. The housekeeping cleans the room every 3rd day, clean sheets and fresh towels every 2nd day. Exceptional. Shane's Shack was also exceptional, Shane has a great way about him with young and old. The food there was delicious, pizzas were €10 and devoured by our smallies. The drinks not so bad either... 😂

When I made the booking for 2 appartments, it said payment on arrival which suited us as we were two separate families but I made the one booking. However when I arrived the man behind the counter said he had taken payment from my card. Not a big deal as we are family but they shouldn't have stated payment on arrival then. Also the pool area needs a good clean, there are tiles falling off the wall and the guy that 'cleans' up in the evenings could do a better job, the umbrellas are filthy, the tables by the loungers are filthy, the whole area needs a good power hose.

Good location and very modern

Apartment clean but poor maid service. No one came to do any cleaning , change bedding, empty bins or change towels. After 5 nights we had to request bins emptying and change of towels with no further visits in 9 days and the beds were never changed..

We absolutely loved it . We were in room 107 and the room looked like it was newly renovated . Parts of the hotel were old but our room was fantastic.

Lots of space in our apartment and it had a large fridge freezer (not the small ones you usually get in hotels). We were able to do a big food shop and stock up easily. We also had a microwave and a 2 ring hob. Supermarkets were next door to accommodation and it was a couple of minute walk to the beach . The pool was a good size. The balcony was great and we had a washing line attached to the wall which was a bonus. I read some poor reviews about some staff but we found them all lovely… maybe a little stressed on some days but really nice. Only down side was no hairdryer but we managed . I will bring my own next time. The location was perfect. Sunrise was so beautiful as we were looking out to the beach. We had a brilliant time with grandkids and will definitely be back .

Great location to beach shops aquapark and activities. Hotel pool bar clean and tidy. The bar staff was super kind and fun food and drinks amazing.

1member of reception staff quite rude when i asked for towels, and was rude to my 12yr old son when he asked he is autistic an was quite upset as was told we have to use the same towels for 2days which personally i believe is unhygienic. We spoke to maids who gave us enough, so worked out ok. Also, tv had no English channels. i took my firestick to watch. However, tv had the ports but wouldn't work. Internet slow and kept dropping off.

Apartment was great, good size and over looking the prom. Lovely sunshine from first thing in the morning until late afternoon. Kitchen was adequate size and good stock of utensils. Comfortable beds and towels were changed regularly. Great location with easy access to the beach and prom.

Not sure if the bar is part of the hotel, but it lets the side down.. Staff are friendly and food is OK however it could do with a good clean.

Love this place the location is perfect.. Ana upgraded us to a bigger room on arrival which was newly renovated. Beds are so comfy. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. We had a balcony with sea view which was great to chill out on in the evening. Shane in Shane's shack was soo friendly and the handy man soo polite. 100% will be back here.

Only downfall was the sunbed were very grubby. Maybe they just needed a good clean after the buzy season?

The Apartments are clean, comfortable with a kitchenette and a good size balcony. The location is fantastic,very short walk to the beach and a short walk to Benalmadena Marina.Some apartments have a great Sea view,the rest have a view of the pool. Good size Swimming pool and plenty of Sun Loungers around same. The Buensol offer great value for money. It was my 3 rd time staying there. There is also 3 Supermarkets beside the Buensol and a taxi rank across from the entrance

There is a lovely snack bar and bar beside the pool but unfortunately it's not open off season . So it has never been open when I have been there. I understand the apartments aren't as busy off Season but if it is one of the Facilities of the Apartment it should be open,even for a couple of hours a day

The pool, the Pool bar,it's staff,it's food ,it's availability,,it's prices. They were so helpful in every way.. Absolutely amazing in every way. It's them that made my stay memorable. I will be recommending the holiday to my friends. I loved the place despite no Internet in my room. They would want to come forward a lot. Ireland is majorly ahead of them. And we are not a big holiday country.

No Internet available to my room, telly was terrible. No proper channels. I was told there were plenty of English speaking channels,but they were either news or sports.. I am almost 65 years old and I'm not into this hot spot they had available for my phone. I couldn't make any contact with my friends or family while there for the week.

They took the price of the apartment from my credit card in sterling before I arrived I wanted to pay on arrival in euros which would have saved me 40 pounds also insisted on a 50 euro deposit in case of breakage. They did inspect the room before I got deposit returned - coming up with a mark on a door that was already there but not advised to us on arrival fortunately they agreed to return our 50 euros Reminded me of car hire company give you the keys with no one present then on your return try to make out you damaged the car 🙄

As 2 couples what can I say APTS were ok but as for Shane's shack it made our holiday Shane and his staff are fantastic and the crack with Shane was amazing great laughs and banter from we arrived till we left and the food was amazing 🤩🤩🤩 well done Shane and staff will deffo be back to visit ye .
