Plenty space in rooms, super comfy bed, pool view so sun all day. Housekeepers all lovely & came every day. Lots of seating areas. Girls behind bar superb. Plenty of choice in restaurant, trays of food removed & replaced with fresh trays before nothing left, no standing in around queuing, waiting staff on the ball. Every part of hotel spotless.

No outside background music. AI didn't include any cocktails - even if made with local spirits so had to get each drink separately & mix together lol Snack bar food could be improved, LIFTS - LIFTS - LIFTS are a nytmare especially around meal times, broke down twice in 1 week although there are 3 lifts. Maybe if the young sports groups of people didn't get lift either up or down from 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor it might of lessened the waiting time.

Breakfast was good. I love the pastries. Always found something to eat for the other 2 meals of the day, even if it was fish fingers and chips.

There is virtually no interaction with the staff in the dining hall. The staff talk and joke amongst themselves but barely even look at the guests after they are seated. We've now stayed at this hotel 4 times and recognise the staff but I'm sure they'd be hard pushed to say whether they remember us or any other returning guests. The cleaning staff always said hello.

We were a little apprehensive about our booking having read some of the reviews, however that apprehension was totally unfounded, we had an excellent 9-day break here, staff were professional and friendly with plenty of outside bars and restaurants to choose from if you fancy a change. Please if you're looking for a millionaire holiday on budget money the place is good and certainly doesn't deserve some of the pathetic rants in some of the reviews but as I say don't book it if you're an aspiring millionaire

The location is fantastic, behind the corner are the train station, shopping, restaurants, bars and close to the lift to the sea. Plenty sunbeds around pool. In room the best thing is a shower pressure. Staff is friendly and helpful in all departments.

Pool area seems dirty, small tables beside sunbeds not cleaned at all. Hotel is bit tired..

All of the staff wanted to help. We had a great room with a big balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast was amazing. It had a great variation of Healthy food, but of course also cakes. The cleaning staff was very good at there jobs and made sure our room was cleaned each day. Also the pool outside had sunlight all day.

The elevator was a bit slow. Sometimes it was a lot faster to walk up six floors, than to wait for the elevator. Also the hotel was further away from the beach than some of the other hotels. But this is a choice between having a great view or live very close to the beach. I think we used 10 minutes walking to the beach.

We traveled with a 10 month old baby. The hotel was easy to get by train from the airport. Super close to everything (supermarket, cafe, restaurant, shops, etc) The staff at the restaurant were so friendly. The food was great. I enjoyed their seafood and palleas. There were options of unsalted meat or fish, steamed veggies and pasta(sauce was separated). My baby enjoyed the food as well. The interior design of the hotel is commercial and plain but it was good value for money. We stayed in mid December. The hotel was not crowded. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The room got cleaned everyday. I was not sure that I would enjoy several days of hotel buffet but I did!

The refrigerator worked fine but it was outdated. The drink at the bar was okay( had a better one outside the hotel). The food was great but we didn't enjoy the dessert much. The kids club was closed while we stayed there.

Location is very convenient from the airport and other nearby destinations, and to shops, food was a decent range (including vegetarian) for the price bracket, staff helpful, roof top pool and sauna (tip: take sauna first to make the slightly heated pool more bearable!), excellent value when there's entertainment included too each night exc Sunday in winter, generally comfy sized rooms and great view (sea) with a balcony, good shower and reasonable bath, games room, and there's a small playground next to the hotel. The TV works with Disney in English. Our 4th time at this hotel!!! Some furnishings have been updated, hurrah.

Generally highly recommend! Beds arent the most comfortable. Hubby says his ribs hurt for days after because it slumped in the middle. I found mine ok but not one you can move about in comfortably. Kettle is hired out. Nothing major and worth doing from my perspective (costs 10 euro a week) but a bit of a faff especially as you need a cash deposit then queue to get that back at checkout! For me personally, I found the cleaning product esp in the corridors a bit pungent but this felt less severe as time went on. Half board was great value but was surprised dinner didn't include drinks other than water. Loved our time here overall. Would love there to be a separate small veggie section like there used to be!

That the main swimming pool closed because the time of the year but the roof top poor was open. I didn't find my Knight in shine in armor 🤣

The hotel is close to the see and within walking distance to a congress centre, it has a unique atmosphere: it is clean and scented (the method they use could be patented). The people at the reception are very helpful and tolerant, I strongly appreciate all of their efforts to offer a seaside quiet room for a conference attendee, to provide maps and useful information, to keep baggage.

The building is not brand new, so technical issues might arise (finally these were solved due to the dedicated stuff) & peaceful non-crowdy breakfast is possible only during early morning.

Hotel was spotless. No issues with the lifts as I read on other reviews. 4 lifts down at reception I was on the 3rd floor room 353 Plenty of sunbeds and lots of entertainment even at the pool. It was excellent 👏 Hotel was in a great location beside restaurants and bars. The breakfast was great they cater brilliantly for such a crowd. Could not fault this Hotel. It was our first time in 13 years to stay in an hotel we usually go self catering. This hotel was 10 out of 10. Will definitely be back next year with all the family .
