I liked the room and the bed was very comfy. Friendly staff, good wifi. Nice patio area inside the hotel lobby.

Unfortunately the room didn't have a kettle or a coffee machine to make drinks. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money, although they make really nice coffee. Gym was super small with very little equipment.

The breakfast was fantastic. Staff representative Ms. Maria went beyond my expectations and scrambled a special egg for my breakfast. In addition, upon my arrival she took my luggage and guided me to my room. Upon check out Mr. Alejandro assisted with luggage to my awaiting transportation. Again, professional staff went above and beyond protocol and should be commended!!

My sink was clogged during my stay.

The room and hotel interior were modern and clean. Room cleaning services were offered every day. Very lovely reception team.

Gym equipment is good, but needs refreshing (free weights are cracked, probably due to the heat). The terrace was extremely dirty - nothing like in the photos (maybe it's not being maintained during the off-season). On one day there was a heavy rain and water was leaking from the balcony into my room. I had to keep changing and draining the towels, different room was not offered (maybe because I had only one day left to stay, but still).

The property is modern and the staff are friendly and professional and good at their job. This is a nice hotel with a pleasant rooftop bar. Coffee is 2 euro and there is no coffee machine in the room but when I was checking out they did not charge me for coffee. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15-20 minute walk from 2 train stations. On my last day the hotel gave me a kettle for my room. Which was nice but there should be a kettle in every room in every hotel as they are not an expensive item.

There isn’t tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This is a show stopper for me in 2024. It states on booking.com in room facilities that there is tea/coffee maker, electric kettle. If you want coffee you need to go to the main atrium. The rooms at the back of the hotel don’t have a balcony and don’t get much sunlight but that’s obviously not the hotels fault.

Whilst this was a no frills boutique hotel rather than a glamorous and luxurious pile, our abiding memory was of the staff, who simply could not have been nicer or more helpful. I'd go back any day, for that alone. They answered a lot of questions from me before we even got there - using the messaging service worked well - including arranging a large vehicle for us, from the airport for our suitcases and enormous bike box, answered my questions about transport to and from Caminito Del Rey, arranged another large vehicle for us, and told us the best location to park when going there. These are just a few examples. As for the hotel, the room was perfectly adequate enough, given we spent little time in it. The bed was a decent king-size; bathroom was very good - well appointed and large and in good condition. The hotel was clean and tidy, breakfast was good - everything we needed, and again, the morning staff were lovely. Located just one street away from the sea front, it was ideal. We never had to walk far for anything. Lovely sunrises in the morning, on the beach!

The only thing we missed was tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, so best take your own. There was however a coffee making machine in the foyer, for Eur2 a cup.

The location, plenty of free parking spaces in the area/in the street (the ones with white lines), walking distante to the beach

Room was too small, we received the room in ground floor, in the passing way of everybody to the lobby lift No balcony, so it was complicated with the wet swimming suits The water in the pool had to much chemicals inside, had a heavy smell of clor The pilows were not comfortable First tine at a hotel when i needed to guarentee my stay with a credit card(for things I might break or steal or for the mini bar?)

Beautiful little boutique hotel in a great location. We had a lovely balcony facing the road and you could see the sea in the distance, we had our own sunbeds on the balcony and table and chairs (Room 112) Lovely big bathroom and good shower. Good sized TV and a safe in the room. There was a lovely pool downstairs and a relaxation area on the top floor. Nice bar next door and a supermarket too. Would definately recommend this hotel

The air conditioning was very poor, we had to sleep with the door and windows open. The sunbeds around the pool were very uncomfortable, I could only sit on them for a short time. Missed not having a kettle in the room for a morning cuppa

Everything about this hotel was ffffabulous!! Loved the decor, the wonderful, friendly staff esp the lovely ladies in the breakfast room and, particularly, the young lady who helped me on the 20th May when I was leaving with my heavy case and needed a taxi...exceptional service and I fofgot to ask her name. Loved my room, the comfy bed, great bathroom and above all, it was lovely and quiet at night time. Grrrreat hotel, thank yiu for a wonderful stay.
