Great location on the seafront, and free airport transfer was a real bonus. Lovely staff, and room was cleaned every day. The evening entertainment was entertaining, especially Marco's interpretation of Queen's 'Bicycle Race' 😀

We were given a room on the east side of the hotel, which had a balcony that did not receive any sun at any time of the day. In January it is too cold to use the balcony unless the sun is shining on it. I would recommend anyone booking a room at this hotel with a side view of the sea, that they specifically ask for a room on the west side, and ensure that you get a balcony that has sunshine 🌞

The most amazing hotel and such a good price too! Beautiful and stunning location with loads of shops and restaurants around as well as the beach right infront! So much to do and to see and the hotel staff were all so lovely, especially the front desk staff who were helpful when we had a mix up with the shuttle bus! Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a more amazing hotel and experience! (Big plus is the beds are extremely comfortable!)

Short trip from the airport and free shuttle bus once booked 48hours in advance. Directly across the road from the beach and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Room was clean, nice big pool. Beds were comfortable.

The room could have been slightly bigger. You have to pay to use the sunbeds around the pool.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2024 and had a great time. The location is right on the sea front by the beach. The rooms were a good size, clean and tidy and the air con worked well. There was evening entertainment each evening, and the food and drink prices at the pool bar were very reasonable and great value. The pool was fantastic, and lovely and warm. Just be aware there is no room cleaning on a Sunday (not a problem, but we were not told). The sun loungers by the pool are charged at €3 per day, and a room key is needed to obtain a sun lounger to prove you are a hotel guest (seems very sensible). A safe is available in each room, chargeable, with a returnable deposit. The hotel includes a free transfer to and from the airport. The return journey from hotel to airport was great - a small private mini van, with great timing for our flight. The transfer arrangement from airport to hotel was less good - we were on a large coach and waited around 40 mins for all flights to arrive and the coach to fill before being taken to our hotel. Maybe next time we will just take a taxi. The staff throughout the hotel were always friendly and helpful.

Odd to have no kettle, no shampoo, no wasing up liquid or cleaning sponge provided in a 4 star apartment. It was also unusual to have paid in full to Booking.com and get chased for a first night payment for "security reasons" by the hotel. These however, are things that are odd, rather than deal breakers

The location was excellent. Beach front and so close to all shops/restaurants. The staff were helpful when needed. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. There is an elevator close by to bring you to the Main Street and it’s €0.50 per person which helps when the weather is warm and you have your luggage.

Room doesn’t come with an iron however if you pay a €20 deposit they will provide one and return the money when you return it which is helpful.

In front of the beach and a few steps away from the restaurants and shops. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes beyond to accommodate you. This was our second time staying there, and we were happy

The room view we got this time wasn't as good as last year. Our fault for not asking for the same room. Like last year, the pool appeared overcrowded. The hotel and rooms are still back in the 80s, but the staff is so nice and it's so clean and so well located, it doesn't matter.

Great location, lovely apartment with a super balcony, some quality entertainment in the evening, cleaners are exceptionally good.

I’ve visited this hotel for a few years now and whereas some things are fabulous, I’m still disappointed there’s no kettle or microwave, and tv screen is not very big. As the price to stay here has gone up so much, I wish they could rectify these things to justify the cost.

I liked everything. I asked and the reception kindly gave me one of the best rooms on the eighth floor, with an excellent view over the sea and towards Málaga. The room was cozy and clean and included all that I needed. The walls could be thicker but it got quiet early enough and stayed silent until sunrise. (I suppose the age structure of the customer base helped in this matter.) The bed was ok and better than in most hotels. I personally would like even a bit more softer bed. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and certainly worth the twelve euros. The daily menu at the restaurant was excellent as well and certainly much better and healthier as well as clearly less expensive than in all the restaurants near-by. The pool area was good as well, and the location of the hotel was ideal: close to the beach and the center of the city. Thank you very much. If I come to Costa del Sol again, I will certainly come to the same hotel! Muchas gracias de todo!

The waiters liked to talk to one another very loud most of the time, both at breakfast and at the restaurant near the lobby, even shouting across the tables, which was a bit strange to a person from Northern Europe. Once the boss at the bar (in the restaurant near the reception) kept talking like a talking machine to a bartender even when the bartender was attending to me, which I found somewhat impolite, but I didn't mind so much. This was a minor thing considering the overall excellent experience.

Lovely apartment really comfortable and what we needed for A short trip me and mum. Lovely pool with comfortable sun beds. Friendly staff. Close walking distance to many pubs and restaurants and beach is just across the road. Overall a great trip.

The hotel could use a courtesy room for those with later flights going home to shower.
