A comfortable hotel with spacious and very clean rooms, that have bathtub, balcony and all necessary furniture. A very good breakfast for a reasonable price. Attentive and caring personnel. Large proper outdoor pool with bar and cafe area, well equipped gym and a quiet space to work if you need. Location is amazing - quiet neighbourhood, walking distance from everything a tourist need - major park for pleasant walks, sightseeings and cultural places, public transport and huge shopping mall. Beach / pool towels are provided.

Swimming pool is crowded (particularly with children) and it's a challenge to find a free sun bed. This is due to the fact, that pool belongs to Medical College and local residents can attend it as well. Elevators are small, somewhat outdated and operated with old program - so it makes you wait for your ride for ages. Beach is comparatively far.

Hotel is in a great location, 20 mins from the airport, just a few minutes walk from the landmark city of arts and sciences, and with a metro station that will bring you all the way to the centre very close also. Our room was great, and rhe whole place is spotless. The pool is big with plenty of loungers and parasols (and towels for guests!) There's a kids area too. Staff are friendly and helpful. All.in all, it's a good choice for a trip to Valencia.

Large warm swimming pool with adequate number of loungers for most days we were there, plus shaded grassed area for spreading towels. Separate small childrens paddling pool. Very good breakfast buffet with extensive variety of hot and cold food, fruit and pastries. Spacious comfortable rooms with large beds, good air conditioning. Good bathroom with powerful shower over bath.

Pool doesn't open until 11am but stays open until 8pm. Pool bar opens at 12.30pm with no opportunity to purchase hot or cold drinks between breakfast closing at 10:30 and 12:30, other than a coffee machine.

The hotel is a few minutes from the centre on the bus. The bus stop is across the road. It is walking distance to the Arts and Science district. A little walk to the bus stop, which goes to the beach. The hotel was very clean, rooms made up daily. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, options for every taste. We arrived early, and they gave us our room early. Reception called taxis if we needed one. The pool was lovely to chill at after a day sightseeing. We had a very late flight going home, although check out was 12. Reception stored our luggage, and we were able to use the facilities until we were leaving. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay here if I go back to Valancia as the location was perfect for us.

Staff friendly and helpful, very good breakfast, great blackout blinds ,good aircon. The pool area was very nice with a lifeguard on duty every day. Well located for the bus to both the city ctr and beach. .also waiting walking distance to the stunning science&art museums.

Pool bar only open Fri,sat &sun. . .at certain times the pool was too busy with what seemed to be local families who had access to the facilities...no tourist pamphlets on display.

We were a party of 20 staying for 10 days for a wedding. I don't recall anyone having a single complaint the whole time we were there. Sebastian was great from the moment we checked in. Pool was great and we always got a bed. 1 room was wheelchair accessible. Disabled parking available. Location great to walk to science center, or restaurants. Rooms were immaculate on arrival and after every maid visit. Very highly recommended.

Bar opening times seemed a bit hit and miss.

Room with sea view and terrasse was nicely sized with great view, clean & functional bathroom. Bed was comfortable, except pillows which were the typical skinny and too firm pillows we find often in Spain (I brought my own pillow, thankfully). The cafeteria terrasse is great for afternoon sun, right on the beach, good food at reasonable prices.

Patio doors and ventanas closed poorly, so there was ambient noise from adjoining room balconies and especially wind noise all night.

Excellent WiFi reception on 1st and 5th Floor so assumed it is excellent throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good also.

It is somewhat a little dated in terms of decor throughout. The wood floor in the room was laminate - considered to be cheaper option - as one can feel & hear it lift when walking. The walls are quite thin as I could hear next door.

Hotel is very clean and modern, very close to Les ciudad de las arts and a bit further into the city centre but Uber is available easily and the beach which was only 8€ in an Uber. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Hotel Medium is a great base for exploring the city of Valencia.

It is situated in a neighbourhood so a bit out from the city centre, but not too far and we did not mind the walk or getting an Uber. It is a bit expensive for this location especialy when no breakfast was included. But overall I am happy with the experience.

The room was lovely, and the staff were happy to help with any requests we had! The cleaning was excellent, the room was always spotless, and they were very kind. Breakfast was really good, with a lot of options, and a lot of gluten free options too (bread, cookies, cereal, cakes).

The pool and pool area was only open from 11am, which was a bit late, and meant a couple of days we were just sitting waiting to be allowed to go out!
