Great location right at the train station, and close to the old town too! Room service took care of us after arriving in our room about 9pm, delicious!

Upon arrival April 4 we found our room was uncomfortably hot. When we tried turning on A/C & fan, the system blew out hot air making it worse. We called the front desk who informed us they do not turn on air conditioning in the rooms until summer. So we had to open the window all night each night, which kind of helped; you may want to consider ceiling fans to move the air and a "heads up" about A/C would have been great.

Two adjoining large rooms for the price of one? Yes please! Perfect for a family with teenagers for some peace. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was very nice, and the hotel is situated right next to a bus station so buses and cabs into the centre are plentiful. And cheap. 9 euros for a cab to the centre, pleased with that!

Only small gripe is they got our room wrong. We asked for twin beds for the kids in one room, but had two kings. However, they swapped us happily enough, except it was to a room where the main suite had the twins which the kids were delighted about! Us, not so much 🤣

Good location next to train station (but further from city centre), but its what we were looking for this time. Large rooms all correct. Staff friendly but maybe understaffed, there was decent queue at check-in/check-out, I called reception for getting an iron board and it took 10 min just to pick up (and in the end they didnt have the iron board, which sounded more like I dont have time to get it). But they were very friendly and helpful of where to go and how to get around in the city.

a business hotel, without iron board, no shoe cleaning seems strange, now I think it was more due to shortage of staff than anything else. if you looking for a hotel in city centre this is not it. But its great for coming in with the train, get to your room and rest, same when leaving.

It is a huge hotel! that means it could take you 10 minutes just to walk from your room to outside of this building, because it is a part of this huge highspeed train station complex, which also includes a bus terminal, shops, rent car companies, restaurants,etc. The downside is because it is above the train tracks, you will feel vibrations when a train arrives or departs from the station. Room is clean and modern. Staff is friendly. It is also far from the old city, one has to find transportation to it, either can or bus.

The hotel had amazing facilities, and the cleanliness was superb. The room size was great, and the location right next to the main station is very convenient. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast had a good variety, though it was a bit expensive at €13.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during my stay, which was frustrating. Also, I would have loved the option to open the windows for some fresh air, as it was a bit stuffy in the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms size is good. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Public transport is available right out of the hotel. My luggage was stored free when i needed to check out early. I would stay in this hotel again.

Although the location is far from the center but the public transportation is available right out of the hotel and although it's located in the station itself but it was quiet and I slept well. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the rooms.

I expected a normal room but it was more like an apartment - very large! I know Zaragoza well and I like walking so for me the location is great. (Some I guess would say it`s a bit far from the city center.) For me it was better to put my things away in the room quickly and not needing a taxi to get to a hotel. I was travelling by train on this trip. The hotel is part of the large station building, but you don`t notice the traffic. The price was lower than what I paid for smaller rooms in Madrid and Barcelona. Great value for money.

The fridge in the room could have been colder.

The hotel is at the side of the station so perfect for us as we arrived late and had three days out be train. The hotel was very quiet. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very big. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly. There are buses from the station to the centre of town or it is a twenty minute walk.

There was no overhead light in the room so the room was rather dark. It was difficult to get out of the bath due to the fixed shower screen at the side of the bath.

The location of the hotel is in the train station. You can see the hotel while getting out of the platforms. The room was nice and clean. It had sufficient space as well. The breakfast also had a nice selection. It was not as wide as some other hotels I have been to, but it was sufficiently good.

The hotel is divided into 2 sections and you have to walk a lot if you are in the other side of the hotel.
