A warm welcome on arrival, secure parking, AND the restaurant was still open for us to have lunch. We had travelled from UK via Santander on ferry and needed to eat then rest before travelling on to Moraira, not only was the restaurant still open but we had a really god lunch. The room was great with all we needed and the breakfast buffet next day was fabulous. Well done to all this is how hotels should be!

Didn't like the little coffee pod machine in the bedroom and there was no kettle BUT this hotel would not be defeated in it's quest to be the best. I rang reception and asked for a kettle and was told they would see what they could do - 15 minutes later a waiter arrived with a steel thermos jug of boiling water! Now that's what I call going the extra mile. Thanks to all at this hotel we'll be back next year.

The hotel is located not far from the motor way exit. For us this was the main advantage. The staff were welcoming and booking in was smooth. The hotel is a very modern design but the room and ensuite were spacious and well designed. The restaurant was also spacious and both dinner abd breakfast were very good. We could connect to our Netflix account on the television and there were sufficient news channels in English. Th soundproofing was improved by extra doors to ensure any noise was kept to a minimum.

We had to phone reception to ask how to connect to the Internet as there was no information on display in the room. The shower cubicle was snug for my husband who is nearly 2 meters tall.

At check in paid for parking underground €12, luckily by credit card. At check out, receptionist refused to believe that we had paid, as we did not take paper receipt. It was necessary to open my bank account and show her the transaction, before she believed us. What pathetic customer service, to be practically accused of cheating on the payment. The company needs to improve their IT recording system, and their staff attitude. The episode cost us 15 minutes of valuable travelling time, and left a bad taste. Lesson learned, always take paper receipt! Overall experience would have been a 10 except for check out experience.

We booked this hotel as a last-minute thing because we had to cancel our previous hotel. Which was absolutely terrible and really put us off staying in Zaragoza. But then we came across this gem. EVERYTHING about the Diagonal Plaza was fantastic. We arrived quite late in the evening around 10.15. The reception staff were fabulous, welcomed us, and got us checked in very quickly. We got the car parked in their underground secure car park. The restaurant staff were also very welcoming despite our late arrival, and the food was excellent. Breakfast was unbelievable and of very good quality. The room was also very well played out, clean and very comfortable.

This hotel was in close proximity to Costco which was the purpose of our trip to Zaragoza. The room was clean. The bathroom was big but it would have been nice if the shower was a little bigger. There was also a bathtub with a hand wand but no barrier to prevent water from getting all over the floor, I don't like these type of bath / showers. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice desk. The restaurant had a decent menu and a nice outdoor area.

Hotel modern and ckean. Bedroom spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Bathroom the same with a proper size bath and a shower. Easy parking directly outside. Wi-fi very good. Staff on Reception very helpful and professional.

Shower floor slippery. Frustrated with the television. Unable to connect a firestick, couldn't change the audio to English (blocked) and only 3 English channels all of which were News channels. Plenty of French, German and Italian channels! Goya restaurant had a limited dinner menu.

Easy to get to but that meant needing to travel to get to restaurants etc. Room was okay size and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was big with a shower and a separate bath. Breakfast was great and the staff very helpful. The price was good for the room and breakfast for three. We are now in a hotel in France which is only 2* but 50% higher price!

Only minor; Had coffee making facilities but only very small paper cups. No water except for a €2.75 small carton.

A super welcoming greeting from reception staff who acknowledged our request regarding our room which was really quiet with a great views of the airport and runway which my husband loved but it wasn’t at all noisy. . The room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was very good and everything was fresh and the hot buffet was hot. So all in all a good stay at a value for money good hotel in an ideal situation close to the main highways.

Everything was really good so nothing we didn’t like at all.

Beautiful and modern hotel. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. We were travelling with our adult children and stayed here for a week. Without asking we were upgraded to a bigger room, which was a real treat. We also loved the smart tv so we could watch Netflix, Disney etcetera. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We had such a nice stay and were sad to leave! Thank you for making our week in this part of Spain very memorable!

I honestly cannot think of anything

Hotel is located well upside of the city centre, close to Zaragoza airport. That said it was a big, perfectly clean and well serviced hotel. Rooms are large and airy. The restaurant was a little chaotic in the evening. Breakfast finishes at 10:00……we arrived at 9:45 and as we sat down they started to clear away everything and disconnect the coffee machines. Service in general in the restaurant was quite impersonal. Seems to be a hotel more geared to business travellers than to tourists.
