Friendly staff, good location , well maintained and cared for property

$10 per day parking charge for uncovered yard parking seems a bit penny pinching and the type of air conditioner unit installed in our room is relatively noisy in use , leading to disturbance during sleeping

Breakfast was fantastic - better than most restaurants.

There is a nightclub directly across the street. It was a little it noisy on Saturday night.

The staff and breakfast and facilities were wonderful. The only thing that was difficult about the property was the location. It is in the entertainment district. So if you are into loud thumping club dancing every night, this place will be 10 out of 10 for you. It is also not far from lots of other fun things to do. The hotel does provide earplugs should you want them. The hotel is great! The location is kinda a lot until about 2 a.m. on weekends. I slept just fine in my room, but some of my family members seemed to have difficulty in theirs.

Room was great very spacious, the jetted tub was amazing. Didn't get to the breakfast in time but the room was very clean and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. the location was great as well. We stayed Halloween weekend and the bars were literally across the street. We were able to use the crosswalk right out front of the hotel and when we came back to the room, there was security out front of the hotel who checked in on us and asked how our night was and once back in the room we didn't hear anything from outside.

The shower in the bathroom is open and doesn't have a door so the water was just splashing out and had the floor all wet. just had to be mindful of that when showering. Also there was no microwave in the room, we were in town traveling from another state and trying some of the local foods but again had to mindful if we brought anything back. Also the parking was a one way in and one way kind of deal on the backside of the hotel and was super tight.

Breakfast was very good. Having a Tesla charger there for our car was a totally unexpected bonus--and I suggested they mention that on the internet. They're not superchargers, but they have two of them so we were able to charge our car without having to drive all over and pay for supercharging! Rooms were expensive, but that's true of nice Phoenix-area hotels now, and their location is excellent and within walking distance of the center of Scottsdale.

There was no designated smoking area outside with a place to sit. Surely other traveler are occasional smokers and would appreciate this.

Very clean hotel in good location. In our initial hotel room the TV and phone were not working. The very helpful chap at reception sorted us out with another room immediately. I must praise this employee highly as he was always cheerful, friendly and helpful to everyone. The pool at the rear of the property is a good size and was nice and quiet whilst we were there. Breakfast had a good variety and was plentiful . I don't know how old the hotel is, but it had a new , fresh , clean vibe throughout and certainly impressed us.

We didn't appreciate having to pay for parking in a hotel's own private parking area. This seems to be happening far too often now in the States and we feel it is just another way of fleecing a few more bucks from the customers. We paid $10 per night for the car parking, not overly expensive , but still annoying.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to do a load of washing in the hotels laundry which was incredibly convenient! Many of the guests went to breakfast in their pajamas and so I felt right at home sitting in my pjs, with several other guests while my washing finished drying while I had breakfast. Because of the size of the breakfast room, many people chose to take their breakfast up to their rooms, which is really convenient. The room was lovely and large, I could open up 3 suitcases and still have plenty of room to move around the room with ease.

The hotel is DIRECTLY across the road from some of the local clubs, so much so, that taxis are dropping off clubbers in the hotels drive through entrance. The club's music was extremely good, but not when you have to be up early the next day. Paid parking, with no security watching over the vehicles (so technically you are just paying more because you drove to the hotel). The breakfast area is (a) tiny and (b) one could not help yourself. You stood in a queue and were handed items you wanted by a lady behind the counter. They did have items that I did eat.

Lovely large (and quiet) room. Very comfortable bed. Wonderfully helpful and happy staff. Within walking distance of the old town and the shopping mall ( never seen so many designer shops in one place). Breakfast was an unexpected pleasure. Having seen the breakfast area on arrival I had expected no more than a danish or croissant. To be offered a cooked breakfast along with a host of sides was amazing. The pool area was a lovely place to relax. Getting back to the airport was a quick straight run.

The staff was awesome the room was amazing. I wish the price was a little bit lower for this time but I know that’s the going rate.

My first night there got there started to relax and then I heard music from next-door didn’t realize I was at the entertainment center, but it was OK. I got use of it after the first two nights.
