Great location! Room was very comfortable; pool is small but good for our use. Fitness center was great, with new equipment. Breakfast on the restaurant was great!

Front desk service was not very knowledgeable, I had to ask about breakfast to get details. Breakfast is not served by hotel, instead you get a voucher to use on the restaurant connected to the hotel. That was not clear when I made the reservation but turn out to be a great breakfast, and we only had to pay for the difference that was actually the tip. Parking: I found a spot nearby for just $16/day instead of paying $55.- at the hotel.

Hotel was beautiful and well kept. Lobby was very clean, smelled amazing and overall the property was gorgeous. Beds were super comfy. Had booked a two queen room but due to some maintenance they had to switch us to a king room with a sofa bed. Was not thrilled to hear but beds actually turned out very comfy. Also gave us a discount on the room for the switch without even asking. Would definitely stay again.

Fridge was hard to get open without it sliding around the cabinet it is inside. One of the hinges to the cabinet door was broken. Fridge also did not get very cold. Also normally pay good attention to the parking fees. Did not realize it was valet only with a charge of $55. Very bummed I missed that detail.

The room and location, everywhere we wanted to go or visit was within walking distant. Near airport and train, but couldn’t really hear any noises, so that’s a plus.Liked that our room and a microwave and fridge.

Valet was a little expensive per day, but it is what it is. rather my vehicle be in safe place rather than somewhere it can potentially be broken into

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hayan notified us that our room was ready and followed up to see how our stay was going. Our room was spacious, clean, and I loved the couch. I really loved the personalized greeting on the TV screen; I've never experienced that before and it was a very nice touch! :) The location is excellent and we walked to the USS Midway Museum and Waterfront Park for the SoCal Tacofest.

I wish we knew ahead of time that self-parking is not available. It would be helpful if travelers knew in advance that parking is $55.00 per day.

It was conveniently located next to the harbor however there is only valet parking for $50 night which I feel is ridiculous considering they parked my husbands vehicle behind there building next to the street it wasn’t even parked in there garage which was not full . Also the jacuzzi was broken very bummed I was looking forward to that and the first night there a woman at check in was very rude and short with her details of the charges and property not very welcoming

Great location, staff is super accommodating and nice and generally awesome, room was nice and big with nice views of the bay.

Some minor inconveniences in the room (broken equipment, need more towel hangers, toilet paper is of shopping center/public toilets quality), but nothing major.

It’s near to little Italy and the beach area

One of the front desk guy receptionists . I forgot his name but a young man standing in the left corner desk that made us wait to check in where infact Christmas Eve it’s not that too full and without any explaination whatsoever .Thanks so much for other receptionist (Rachel-she is the best )accommodated us by asking if we’re check in , she did without asking much and explained things right away, . Sometimes These young people need to be trained well to give their best and with a smile , respect and patience .

The location was fantastic. Only a short walk to Little Italy and the Waterfront. Fortunate to have had breakfast at the Barbie Cafe daily which excited our children.

The parking situation. Paying $60 per day for parking is not value for money. We were able to find free parking across, on the street.

Great location, clean, staff were helpful.

My my only complaint, was the valet only parking at $60 per day. The room rates were on the higher side which I was ok with, but having to worry about being able to locate a place on the street nearby and walk to the hotel. I have a disability placard but they would not even negotiate the rate to make it more reasonable.

The room worked well for what we required. I had to change though due to originally asking for a view as I flew from Australia and was put in a very ordinary location to begin with.

The original room was the last room on level two right next to the gym, and pool, and laundry. So it was noisy, always wet falls, food along the corridor and really put a dampener on the start of the stay.
