Everything was great. We arrived late because of severe weather and it was nice to get to a spacious room so that we could relax.

There were a couple of items that I would like to point out. Our 14 yr old grandson was put on the sleeper sofa and he could not sleep on it do to the springs in his back when he laid down. He ended up putting the chair and 2 ottomans together and only the end of his legs were touching the bed. The second item was that the shower curtain kept sliding down to the middle of the rod soaking the floor. It made it very dangerous getting out of the shower.

Breakfast was very good! Great call to have coffe , tea and lemon infused ice water 24/7 ! Excellent idea!

Printer didn’t work in the lobby, but one gentleman from the back office offered to use his printer, very thankful to him , very nice African-American brother ! Rest of the front office team should learn from him how to be friendly and how to go above and beyond! Housekeeping team was great and friendly; also lady working for breakfast! She kept all under control and clean 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Customer service was excellent. They were very friendly and no hesitation when I requested extra towels etc.

The room had a stall order smell and it more a carpet needed cleaning smell. Perhaps put plug ins in the room or carpet spray or powder on the carpet to keep the room fresh.

The location was excellent because it was very near my church and restaurants. The added bonus of breakfast was fantastic. Additionally, the staff was very professional and friendly.

My room was not far from the laundry room on the first floor, so it was a lot of back and forth noise. I ended up unplugging the phones in my room because they kept ringing and waking me up and no one knew where I was staying. The bathroom needs a bar on the wall to assist those who have back and knee issues.

Bed was compy.

People weren't very friendly.

The front desk girl was very sweet and smiled. She was welcoming. The. Leaning crew was personable, helpful and very friendly.

No fault of the hotel but the outdoor area where the pool is was a little sketchy with some transient people around.

It served my purposes for an overnight stay on the road. Traveled with a pet (dog) and staff accommodated a switch from fourth floor to a first floor room, making it much easier with the dog. Overslept breakfast, but the coffee still available was good and much appreciated!

It was nice to have breakfast. I saw the kitchen help pouring the milk back into the container after it had been out for 3 hours. Not a good practice. Other than that, just what I expected.

Excellent place and the staff were very friendly. Hotel was under construction, as they are remodeling. My room was one of the finished rooms. Very clean and updated.

Breakfast was wonderful along with the very nice and friendly lady that ran the breakfast bar.

Well we had our little dog and I guess there are pet rooms because the smell of the room was like a dirty dog.
