The staff was particular friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient. The breakfast good and had some excellent healthy options. The gym facilities were a lot more than I expected for a hotel gym which was a pleasant surprise.

The liquid soap was empty when I checked in and was not refilled after the work was cleaned. Also, some of the utensils wasn't cleaned properly. Lastly, and the only main issue is I checked out on the 6th of November 2024 and as of today 27th November 2024 and deposit hold on my credit is yet to be cleared.

very cool vibes.. I didn’t get to stay too long but I did go look at the gym and yoga studio which were pretty big and cool the pool was closed when I went but it was spring time so that was expected.. the staff was very friendly and helpful the clubhouse was very inviting and cool

my shower and bathroom were pretty gross the curtain definitely need to be changed and there was a lot of like buildup in the corners on the bathroom floor and some stuff on the walls I also found stains on one of the beds

Our third stay here. We love the vibe. The fabulous lobby with a bar, pool, billiard table and lots of seating areas to hang out.

The hotel is showing wear and tear. Especially in the rooms. The plumbing needs to be updated, and we have been in 4 rooms that all had doors that needed their gaskets replaced or fixed. Light and outside air streaming in. Lighting in the rooms is sparse, dark corners where the wardrobe is, usb plugs that are not working. The toilet paper holders in the lobby womens restroom are non functional. Need replacing.

I love the aesthetic and location! Very much enjoyed the influence and mantra of this location. It felt special to stay there and beneficial to a collective purpose. The staff were great , they really tried to accommodate where they could.

The air condition was out when stayed at this location. Although they were able to provide a room with a window, it was on the first floor and there were no screens on the windows. We didn’t leave the window open but a short amount of time with the fear someone could get in, along with bugs. We in fact found spiders in our room the next morning. To top it off, there were kids from a baseball tournament staying in the hotel and they had no quiet hours. Children were running up and down the hallway all night. These are cons that were not as controllable for the staff /hotel, and I understand that. But had we known about the children abusing the “typical quiet hours” sprinting down the halls in the middle of the night, we likely would have found a different place to stay.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone we came in contact with was so very friendly and helpful. Loved the atmosphere and feel of the entire place. So relaxing and peaceful. We were so tired the last day of our vacation we didn't want to go anywhere. We stayed around the hotel, played games in the lobby and went swimming. It was so very nice hanging with our kiddos without having to plan something or go somewhere.

We stayed in the back of the hotel and every day there were different cars parked out there were people were living out of their car. Staff saw them and did not ask them to move, and sorta acted like this was "normal" or acceptable at the hotel. I understand this happens, but it made the kids feel uncomfortable.

I really just liked the vibe so much. The amenities were great they can offer sound machines, salt lamps , diffusers and much more. Like how awesome is that??? The gym was smaller in equipment but what they did have was awesome 👌 and open 24/7 with the yoga. They provision store was great had a lot of awesome indoor activities like boars games,pool table, cornhole ans much more. Staffing was great everyone during check-in and the night were so polite and friendly.

The only thing that wasn't so great was the rooms just needed a deep clean overall clean but like built up dust in some areas. The morning staffing was very opposite vibe from closing crew. Not very friendly seemed more interested in getting themselves coffee than even smiling at the guests. Just not a super awesome way to end such a great experience.

Love the whole concept of this establishment. They are taking sustainability and reclamation and using it as a business model. The eco-friendly design was a delight and the local sourcing just makes sense. It was a pleasure to be a guest at a facility that gives back to the community in multiple ways. We received a great dining recommendation from the lady that checked us in and were able to spend time talking to one of the managers that happened to be on-site taking on some design projects. Close to Colorado City (where we went for dinner) and Manitou Springs/Garden of the Gods (where we went the next morning). Spent some time that night playing games in the lobby (connect four & billiards), others were playing Trivial Pursuit, reading, and enjoying drinks. Grabbed a smoothie on the way out the door the next morning. Thrilled with the concept and the community building mindset behind it. All staff (we spoke with more than a few) were very friendly!

No complimentary breakfast provided. It's always nice to get a complimentary breakfast, but still felt good about the fact that our purchases were supporting the local community.

I loved how friendly the staff was with my check in. Also loved the online check in/ check out. So many things to do in the main building, wish we got to enjoy some of it. It looked amazing. We loved that the holding fee was only $100, most places have ridiculous fees. We pretty much loved the whole experience, we'll definitely be staying here again

The best part is the Staff, they’re friendly and very nice people, the lobby it’s nice , cozy and they have table game activities , the pool table is nice but all the sticks are broken that was a bit of a turn down but in overall it’s a nice place to stay and visit the parks

The elevator was broken and we had big luggage that was bad , our Bathroom wasn’t so clean kind of nasty I mean it’s the bathroom and the most important part of the room it have to be extra clean … and the pillows are uncomfortable

The lobby area is very cool! The front desk lady was very welcoming and friendly. Our room, although not what I had reserved and paid for, was a large room. For the most part, the room was satisfactory. Parking was easy and well lit, which was nice being this hotel is on a rougher side of town.

I didn't like that I reserved a room with an exterior entrance with a mountain view, and we got put in an interior entrance room with a view of a large rooftop mess. I was never offered money back on THEIR CHANGE in my reservation. The host said the room they put me in was close to the highway, and they usually don't rent it because of noise.. ookkay... There is a lot of foot traffic around the empty lots nearby.
