The people were nice, the process was clear and easy, and the room was decent enough. Buffet breakfast was provided. They provide free airport shuttle to and from the hotel. They provide you with contact to a third party for transportation service to the cruise port.

Breakfast option could have been better. It's about 15 minutes away from the Cruise ports. Third party transportation to the port charges per a person. It's better to use Uber or lyft.

The instructions for shuttle pickup from the airport were not clear and once out of the airport waiting in the “Bus Zone” “Hotel Shuttle Zone” no wifi available so really difficult to contact the hotel (we were coming from overseas so didn’t have local phone service) what’sapp communication would be more useful and photos of the correct “bus zones” where we were to wait would also have made it more streamline. In the end we arrived at the hotel safely.

It was close to gas stations where we could buy hints we needed as well as alcohol. Also places to eat. The Irish Pub provided excellent meals as well as reasonably priced drinks. The self-serve laundry on our floor was cheap and very effective. The complementary breakfast was very comprehensive with lots of food and drink choices. The complementary airport shuttle bus worked well as it is the hotel’s own bus and driver. They run every 30 minutes. We will definitely use it on our return.

The lift needs a secure code to access the floors. The warning notices on the back of your room key card made us feel nervous. Fortunately we observed the security suggestions as there was a police raid on a room on our floor with lots of banging and shouting.

The room was clean, spacious, very quiet and well equipped with a refrigerator, micro, coffee maker, etc. Could not ask for more. The front desk staff was helpful and informative. Transfer to the airport was provided on a timely basis. The breakfast, although somewhat limited in choice, was very fresh and well stocked. We were impressed by how the dining area was set up....utensils, cups, glasses etc. were all individually wrapped and mainly disposable. Many of the foods were prepared to order by mechanical means such as the automatic pancake maker. Probably the most sanitary and well thought-out breakfast service I have experienced.

For those of us who were on the waiting list for an early check-in, there was limited areas to sit and/or work.

The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was strong—slightly noisy, but it did the job well. There’s a small 24-hour grocery store nearby, which was convenient. Overall, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have much in the way of hot food, but the pancake machine was a fun highlight! Special shoutout to the airport shuttle driver, Raul, he scooped us up from the airport like a pro and was super friendly and helpful!

We stayed for two nights in two different rooms. The first room was in better condition. In the second room, the shampoo dispenser was empty, and we had to call the front desk to get it refilled. I didn’t use the hairdryer the first night, so I can’t comment on it, but the one in the second room was in poor shape, it looked like it was ready to retire any day. Both rooms had an iron and ironing board, though the ironing board cover was falling apart.

The room was wonderful...clean spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is Dark...when you enter and given the section of town...a little scary...but it was so wonderful in the room and dining area. Also you have a night receptionist..Male who is very helpful and outgoing. The morning person printed out .directions for me.

dark...entry and dark hallway to the pool. Public bathroom was locked and receptionist had to get key...When I arrive I am a bit needy. The breakfast was very good...The utensils are not in the right place...People walking around looking for them.

Everything is very clean and while the hotel is not the newest, everything is very well maintained. The location is excellent with half hour drive to the main attractions. Because of the proximity of the airport you can hear the planes takeoff, but the nois is not to intrusive.

The breakfast has little choice by international standards, but for American standard it's decent. The main complaint goes to the bread toaster, it's very weak and you have to step in line.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites with my boyfriend from July 5th to 6th, and we had a good experience. The room was large and spacious, and the shower was excellent. The staff was helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed the stay, and it’s important to mention that the soundproofing of the room was perfect, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The American-style breakfast was good, but when I went at 8:30 AM, several options were already gone. However, the kitchen ladies were very friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable bed and pillows, convenient parking, close to nice places to eat and drink, friendly staff. EXCEPTIONAL WIFI... The wifi alone blows away most of the hotels of this class in the area. The comfortable 12 o'clock pm checkout time was also a winner.. Many other hotels enforce a brutal 11 am checkout... I often overnight near the airport for an afternoon flight the next day. Having an extra hour to relax for me is priceless. Room was clean with excellent amenities like iron, coffee machine and coffee,microwave and larger than most refrigerator ( the taller type, not a little cube)

Breakfast left a little to be desired, very basic... But was okay I guess since I only overnighted.
