This hotel is conveniently located near airport and it has a very reliable free shuttle to and from the airport. Great customer service, nice size room, WiFi was good, nice clean functional bathroom with all the amenities. Despite some of the negative comments I read, I found this hotel to be in good condition and well maintained, and also friendly staff. By the way, the air conditioning works great.

No complaints . Would stay again in a few months.

It was very peaceful and there was no drama. Everyone was nice and normal. Not judging the book for its cover.

No pool, no Continental breakfast for guests, and still have not got my $100 deposit back and it already passed 10 business days. They stated that my deposit will go back from 7 to 10 business days. I checked out on the 8th of May 2025. Kept everything cleaned and picked up all the dirty towels and linens placed it on the floor neatly by the bathroom. Through away all the garbages and left the room clean. Parking is not for free, you have to pay per night. Is a private company that owns the parking lot and it was not mentioned until I saw the outside sign. Front desk did not advise about this at all at check-in.

The staff was awesome! Richard and I can't remember the other young man name expedited our check-in process. I was skeptical about our stay before arriving because of the reviews, but I'm glad I decided to go ahead and book the reservation. We stayed two separate nights during the 4th of July week and we had no issues. Yes, the hotel is dated, but it was clean to my standards and I'm picky...lol. For the price and being across the street from the airport was a bonus. I said all that to say, that my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Clarion and we consider staying again in the future.

The restaurant food was horrible for the price. Most of the items were frozen food and not freshly cooked.

The safe in the room was not working. Reported it, but it was not fixed within our one night stay.

Room had good views of the airport -which is what we wanted as we were on a plane spotting trip

Upon arrival we were made to wait while the girl on the check in just ignored me and finished folding her papers. I told her that we had requested a room with an airport view to which she replied "your get what the computer gives you" not a great start ! we returned to our room early evening the following day to find the dead bolt propping the door open leaving it unlocked - the towels had been changed but the beds were left unmade

For us, it was very convenient to be close to the airport and to have a shuttle bus to the hotel. Additionally, the price and the quality of the rooms were excellent. I really liked the comfort of the mattress.

What I didn't like was the attitude of one of the staff members in the administration. While I was waiting to be assisted, they kept answering the phone, which made me wait for about 15 minutes. When they finally attended to me, they were quite abrupt in their explanations. However, overall, the rest of the administrative staff was very diligent.

It was perfect for the overnight stay I required between flights

I was told when I checked in breakfast was included. However when I went for breakfast I was told I had to pay. Also when I checked in the price was higher than I had reserved online plus they took a $100 damage fee that will be returned - I have yet to receive this plus I am a 76 year old lady - hard going to damage anything

It would be nice to have complimentary breakfast as prior to covid, i stayed here previously with a friend and we got that in 2018 or 2019. More free coffee

Most of the staff was verly polite and helpful, but during one call prior to my arrival, i was little disappointed in the tone, it was not welcoming and friendly, good customer service is always a must and we should strive for it. Never the less i still enjoyed my stay, and the in person contact was nice and friendly. The room safe key gave a little trouble when the attendant came to install the key, but worked fine after. I was not sure if car park is full, where customers are expected to park, is there extra parking available? So i did not go out too much at nights .

Needed a place to stay after missing a connecting flight instead of sleeping in the airport and this place was close to the airport, fairly priced, and had a shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant was still open upon arrival and the food was fairly good.

I didn't like that the system was down when we arrived and had to wait for it to come back up before checking in, but it was back up after my husband and i ate at the on-site restaurant.
