Hotel very well located on South Beach with a good Italian restaurant adjoining. The rooms are beautiful and quite spacious, the bathroom is modern and very clean, with a nice view of the beach. Many little attentions for the customer (computers available, pool and beach towels, fresh water and fruit available at the pool, bottles of water in the room, the possibility of benefiting from the amenities on the day of departure: very interesting for late flights, ...). The staff is friendly, especially GERTHA who took care of us at the pool and whom we thank here.

The famous deposits that we are not used to in France (you have to provide an amount per night and per room). The money is very quickly withdrawn from our bank account and takes a long time to be reimbursed. Which can have a significant impact on our budget. It is a real (bad) surprise for us because all the hotels were asking for these famous deposits. In the meantime, our money is used elsewhere (but not by us, in any case).

The room was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was close to everything and it was great to have access to beach stuff and bikes. The bed was really comfy and I slept well. Overall we really liked the hotel and it's position.

There was no bin in the room. We requested one and were told one would be provided but it never was so we ended just putting rubbish on the floor for collection. On arrival the receptionist told us she would be sending a bottle of champagne to our room but again this never transpired 😞. Balconies were small with no room for a table. Not enough parasols around the pool to enable shade. Towels and bathroom toiletries were hit and miss.

Great location with it being in the mix and near the beach. Also shops, nice bars are near. Valet Parking seems steep but in comparison - very good as driving on that beach front is chock a block on weekends.

Only annoying thing was the gave us side sea view which wasn’t per the photos on booking.

The hotel location is perfect - close to the beach, the Art Deco area, Espanola, Lincoln Road, a lot of key things are walks away. If you need to get to the busy areas you will need a cab tho. The room is very comfy, they restock the facilities - bottles or water and good quality coffee - every day so you won't have to buy these daily. The lobby is comfy to meet friends, work from, they even have computers available if you travel for work. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had emergency with my flight so I had to cancel a night of my stay knowing that it is non-refundable a day before the trip, but understanding my situation and that it was not my fault (I was among many stuck in Qatar during Israel-Iran war) they offered me to pay for the nights I stay and get refunded for the one night i skip. Luckily I didn't have to skip my one night but the generosity of this offer and the willingness to understand was very flattering. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, it has everything you need and anything extra can be requested. The hotel has a nice pool, tho I never used it because I prefer the beach. Overall, it is worth to stay in this hotel, no fancy extra stuff but serving the guests needs. Thank you

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location is unbeatable—right on the waterfront in South Beach, Miami. It’s just steps from the beach and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the area. Plus, downtown Miami and the club scene are only a 15–20 minute drive away, making it the ideal spot for both relaxation and nightlife. The service was top-notch from start to finish, with special thanks to Laura Solonion. She was incredibly warm, uplifting, and a pleasure to interact with—truly a highlight of our stay. We had a room located right on the pool deck, which was both convenient and scenic. The pool area itself offered stunning views and a relaxing vibe, perfect for unwinding during the day. Everything about the hotel felt clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the amenities we needed were right at our fingertips, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Miami Beach with excellent service and unbeatable location.

We loved this place. The room was amazing with the best view, bath room was very spacious and love the bathtub, room was super big. Very comfy bed. And the best, the beach is just across the street. All personal was super lovely and welcoming. Would highly recommend to stay here. Directly at Ozean drive and I can tell, crazy fun things happen at this street. Super fun! :D

It can be loud at night because this is literally at a party area. We know that and it didn’t bother us.

What I liked most about Hotel Victor was its fantastic location in the heart of South Beach, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were also clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive, always ready to offer great recommendations and assistance.

The main downsides of Hotel Victor were the poor lighting in the rooms, which made them uncomfortably dark in the afternoon, even with the lights on. Additionally, the breakfast at Café Americano was not worth the price, and I’d recommend finding other nearby options. Lastly, the hotel could be more reasonably priced, as there are other hotels on the same street offering similar quality at a much lower cost.

I stayed at this hotel and I really enjoyed it. The staff is very welcoming, and the room was very clean. The location in the city center is ideal. The hotel is beautiful, with an Art Deco style. You can request bikes, which is really nice. Everything is close to the hotel. The breakfasts are excellent.

The only small downside is that if, like me, you are coming from abroad, you can’t have breakfast before 8 AM. The only other small remark I could make is that there are not enough umbrellas at the pool because it can get very hot in the afternoon.

It is a vintage hotel building with a beautiful lobby. The rooms are clean and the interior is nice. The sun beds around the pool are very comfortable and free of charge. The location is right by the ocean, bars, restaurants. Fancy district. Nice to walk in the evening. Fast lift in the hotel.

The rooms need to get some repairs done, the bathroom doors are not closing, in both rooms that we booked same problems. The sliding doors to the terrace stuck and the lock was broken. Minor repairs but they need to be done by a professional.

Overall the hotel meets the expectations you should have for a hotel on Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. The staff is very friendly and attentive and constantly seeks to improve your experience at the hotel. The room is OK, with a generous bathroom and all the essentials, including free daily water bottles which are very useful. The beach towel and bicycle service is free and very convenient. The location is one of the best you can find in South Beach.
