Everything was great! The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast had a large variety, including hot items. We basically chose this motel because of the free airline shuttle and the close proximity to where we could get picked up for a bus tour to Key West. Everything worked out very well!

Nothing, but we also didn’t spend much time there.

After learning that our flight was going to be delayed by almost 7 hours and not sure if it might be cancelled, we looked for options. The Comfort Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport and Cruise Port came up in a google search. For an immediate booking it was very reasonable, the shuttle was prompt, the driver sought us out, it was only a five-minute drive. At check in I scheduled a return shuttle and expressed concern that after returning to the airport the flight might be cancelled, and I was assured that would not be a problem and that the room was mine until check out the next day. The room was neat and clean, spacious the shower was large and operated well. We were able to shower and nap before returning to the airport.

We had to door dash food as there were not a lot of adjacent food options

I wasn't able to get my room cleaned on a daily basis.

Property is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We didn’t have a car so it was nice to be close to everything. Free shuttle to the airport. Our driver was so nice and friendly. We disembarked our cruise at 8:30 and was at the hotel at 9. They put our luggage in a secure room and we waited for about an hour and half and our room was ready. It was really nice of them to get us in so early. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly. Overall one of the best experiences we have had in a while. Everyone seems so rushed any more. We never felt rushed or like we were a bother. Staff was super nice.

The room was clean and very spacious. There was an extra blanket available. Plenty of options at breakfast. I loved the chocolate waffles. The staff was was very friendly.

Would have liked longer, comfier pillows. The AC unit was very noisy, so I had to turn it off at night. Would like Stevia or Monk Fruit to be available as a sweetener choice for coffee/tea. Would also be nice if the lotion/shampoo/and conditioner dispensers were all refilled regularly before new guest arrival. My lotion dispenser was almost completely empty.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. We like the location as it is close to the airport and the cruise terminal. The hotel offers a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and offers a shuttle to the cruise terminal. We like to arrive early evening and then cross the street to our favorite Cuban restaurant for a wonderful dinner. The hotel personnel have their act together, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning had a nice variety. The food was good for a hotel.

I can't think of anything that merits a dislike. We had no problems.

Location was good walking distance to stores or food locations..Breakfast and shuttle availability was awesome..we booked here for those reasons.The beds were comfortable hands down id sleep there again just for the bed..front desk clerk Sammy was very friendly and helpful.

I would have wanted the room to smell a little better, seems like the carpets needed a bit more airing out/cleaning or steaming..sheets in the closet seemed unclean but all else was ok

Friendly staff. Our suite was very spacious, comfortable & clean. Great location!! We drove from Cape Coral just to attend the Fantasia, Joe, MusicSoulchild concert at Hard Rock Live. 10 minute drive!! The hotel was quiet at night. Price was right, served all our needs.

We do not eat pork. We did not get to partake in the continental breakfast. Out of concern mainly for cross contamination from staff or your guests. Should really consider a different option in breakfast meats.

The room was a great size and plenty of room to spread out. The bed was soft and, I thought, very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, would like to have seen more variety. The staff was wonderful and very helpful! Would highly recommend!!

Only thing was when we got back from our cruise we stayed here too and we had to go down one floor to get ice. Would be nice if ice on every floor, just a small thing.

It was a good place to stay for the value. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming and responsive.

The driver for the shuttle’s were very late picking us up and dropping us off. Upon arrival the driver was 50 minutes late and when he got to us he started yelling at us. He stopped after I addressed the issue and his behavior; but the fact that I had to do so was unacceptable.
