Hotel was right off interstate and had parking for large vechiles. Lots of variety with the complimentary breakfast, hot protein changed every day we were there (ham, bacon, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, were our onion while there). Typical 2 bed room with TV and fridge. Didn't use pool, and there was an area with tables should you wish to bbq outside. Pet friendly at no extra cost Friendly staff Booking was easy Restaurants and services (gas, shopping) close by

Large vehicle parking area was small and is tight to get into if other vehicle are there. The water pressure for the shower was quite low, as most places are nowadays unfortunately

Evening/Night front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for our needs. Room was nice size and beds were comfortable. Lobby and breakfast area were kept clean. Business Center was excellent and provided a printer which was appreciated!

When staying several nights the cleaning schedule of every 3 days (except trash removal) did not provide the level of services for the value of the room. Guests have to request the cleaning services they require for each day. Semi trucks parking at night and blocking one of the 2 entrance/exits which was a safety hazard.

The location was nice esp for ordering delivery . Kids always seem to be hungry . I loved they allowed pets . The rooms where clean and kept up the beds where nice super comfy I slept great the 2nd night better then I have in awhile. ( Probably would of the first night but the hotel was packed and there was a baseball team group of kids there and they were running all over my floor knocking on people's doors)

The bathroom shower grout was coming off the tile ants in the sink every am the tub had a steady water leak phone didn't work.

The location was ideal! The hotel and the room were clean, the staff were friendly. Barbara is very friendly and pleasant, she made our stay a home away from home. Thank you Barbara ! We will definitely be back.

The AC was very noisy, the room and elevator had a musky odour. We bought a plug-in for the room and that helped.

My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights so we could explore Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. The hotel is very close to Fishermen's Village which we really enjoyed. The hotel is exceptionally clean and organized. The room was nicely appointed and roomy, and the bed was very comfortable. Julie at the front desk was terrific. Personable and pleasantly professional, with a great smile and sense of humor. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and great coffee. Everyone on the hotel staff was happy and in good spirits all the time. I used the gym one morning, and that was another positive. The pool is well kept and clean as well. The outside grounds were also well cared for and in great shape. We will definitely stay here again!

There was plenty of parking available when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. Check in was very straightforward and all staff we came into contact with were polite and courteous. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. We liked that there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed (as sometimes there's only one on one side) The bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. Everywhere in the room and hotel communal spaces were cleaned to a very high standard. There were hot and cold choices for breakfast, as well as the usual coffee and juices. The breakfast items were constantly being monitored and restocked when required. There wasn't an on-site restaurant, but there were fast-food options a short walk away, as well as restaurants, including a Cracker Barrel next door. We would stay here again.

People very noisy in hallway at night.. Hotel & other workers taking up all the space in breakfast room & very noisy, constant talking..coffee gone by6:30am , wait for refill..

The room

I was charged $100 twice for a refundable deposit. I was refunded one of the $100 deposits. I checked out of the room Sunday morning. I am still waiting on the refund for the second $100 deposit refund. It is NOT right that Booking .com or Comfort Suites or whoever is tying up my money. Definitely will influence my choices in the future.

Beds were very comfortable.location was gr8. Can't remember her name but the black lady at the front desk I think something like Adrienne was super nice and very caring and helpful with my situation.

Had 2 b moved to another room because of mold problems. That room had mold on window as well.

All of the staff were phenomenal. Very kind and professional. Good location. Rooms were overall clean.

There is smells of mildew in the rooms, more noticeable if the ac is off. 1 elevator.
