I did not have breakfast at the property - however, I had lunch and dinner in the food court and also enjoyed the seafood restaurant. The food in the food court is definitely all that it's cracked up to be, however it can become a bit expensive if you're staying more than 5 days. I thoroughly enjoyed the many selections in the food court - since I am a resident, I will definitely return to the restaurants. The view from my room was breathtaking especially at sundown.

I did not like having to pay $30 per night for parking that is exorbitant, considering there is a resort fee. - I felt since patrons who stay over 5 nights and book a premium room should receive a discount on the parking. The resort fee is ridiculous, and you still have to pay for the rooftop (adult only) pool.

SUNSEEKER is very beautiful and well kept up. There’s a lot to do there and you really don’t have to leave the resort unless for food which can be pricey at the resort! Staff is very pleasant!!!

There’s three towers and the third tower (LOTUS) is away from everything. Parking and all festivities are in the first tower. Not enough attendants available to help visitors commute via golf cart….nor do they offer you a lift, unless asked. Maybe a lot of the staff is new, being that most of the staff aren’t very knowledgeable. VERY PRICEY AS WELL, a lot of FEES!

The resort was amazing and beautiful. Great restaurants on site and the rooftop pool and hot tub were an awesome surprise.

I was disappointed that the staff did not tell us at check-in that we needed to make reservations for the rooftop seating, as well as, the on-site restaurant. I was also disappointed that there was no priority given to those patrons who are staying there (and paid good money to stay) over Florida residents that were just visiting for the day and accessed the rooftop. Had we known, we would have reserved chairs ahead of time.

We encountered gracious attentive staff throughout the resort. Pools and recreation facilities were over the top luxurious. Loved Level 8. Pool attendants & servers were excellent. Rooms were well appointed. Garage parking available in attached resort garage for daily fee. Short walk to garage. Plenty of restaurants onsite. Security visible.

My spouse didn't care for the very soft bed pillows, not supportive. The bed was soft as well. We are used to a med-firm memory foam mattress. Our room location was noisy, next to ice machine and near elevator. Not many activities onsite yet, example no bike rentals, no Cornhole, no pickleball, no pontoon boat tour onsite. The harbor water quality is questionable- appeared to have lots of algae type blooms, with a funky smell during the daytime. I'd still return, none of these are deal breakers..because the pools & staff are the best at this resort. Not a paid participant, would return & try a Sunsuite.

The hotel and grounds were very nice and impeccable in their cleanliness. Food was good, but not amazing. Similar to food that you would have at an Apple Bees, Bob Evans, etc, but nothing great. They had an amazing pool and several dining/dessert options. Would return for a stay in the future.

Food could have been better or more restaurant options with higher end food if preferred. The quick and grab food was good, but would have been nice to have several nicer options available.

The resort was spectacular, we were given a room on the 8th floor close to the rooftop pool which was great, with a really nice view of the water. The room was clean and comfortable beds.

Didn't like paying $25 a day parking, especially when we didn't drive anywhere during our stay. The price of the cocktails at the rooftop pool was around $14 each which we thought was excessive. Our main complaint was $20 each to use the rooftop pool. even on the morning that we checked out and only spent less than 2 hrs there, that was really disappointing, felt taken advantage of and not appreciated.

Breakfast was good both days but a little pricey. The food court gave good options also a little pricey. The pastry bar was really good but 550 for a cookie is ridiculous. The bottled water for the rooms is a great idea now you should offer to sell them.

Mary's Steakhouse I thought the food was just ok the service was fine. The steak had just ok flavor and the augratin potatoes and asparagus had no flavor. Also it was my wife's Birthday and we were offered nothing complimentary like a desert or beverage very disappointing will never go to that Steakhouse again unless it was on the house.

The facility was gorgeous and clean! The staff at Level Blue was awesome!

It was very pricey for the location, there’s nothing really in Port Charlotte but the resort- beach prices for a port city with not so clean bay water. The resort fee didn’t really seem to cover anything other than things you would expect to be free anyway. You had to pay the resort fee and pay to get to the roof top pool, plus pay for parking each day! I did enjoy it but it seemed ridiculously expensive!

Location was excellent with great harbor views. Understaffed so wait was longer but will be an excellent experience once they get a few things worked out. Rooms are first class with high end finishes.

Our initial room was on hwy 41, a very busy roadway. It had a water view over the roadway and commercial site (a future whiskey Joes), but the noise made the balcony unpleasant. The staff found a more slightly expensive room on the other side (harbor view) which was fabulous.
