The room was spacious and very clean, quiet and peaceful. I was very surprised nothing like i expected since I was their in 2008.My parents reside@256 South Dixie before passing away.Their was alot of riff raffle(shady people) living on the property, hanging out on.the balcony. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast outstanding. I would definitely stay their again and recommend it to others.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The room needed a few repairs. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and the air conditioner only worked as a fan. But to give the property credit, this was their backup room. Booking.com canceled my entire reservation after I modified it by canceling one of the two nights. The property was booked when I arrived late at night for check-in, and I unexpectedly had no reservation. The staff was very helpful and took great care of us by allowing me to rent their backup room.

Grout around the tub needs to be redone, no refrigerator, couldn't find how to turn on light over the sink & my key didn't work. Nan had to let me in every night. I do realize that they are remodeling but hope they remember to go back and fix these things. Also, too many mirrors, it's kinda creepy to have a full length mirror facing the side of the bed and another mirror facing the front of the bed. Maybe they could find room for the full length mirror in the space with sink

The staff were awesome, upgraded us to a better room, very helpful, laundry services, great breakfast, awesome comfortable bed, in walking distance for food outlets.

The outside of the Building is a bit tired, maybe needs a refresh x but does not reflect the rooms, my room was fresh and clean .

Really enjoy this place it's the second time we've stayed there we like it the staff is friendly and the breakfast was great. My kids think it's a little creepy outside but we like it there and the rooms are nice

Renovations have been good. Bed was great good location.

Bathroom is a bit small. The door would not shut to the bathroom without hitting the toilet.

Everything. So comfortable and some of the friendliest and most genuinely kind staff you will ever meet! This was my second stay, and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Levi, Lynn, and Nan! You are all so wonderful and deeply appreciated!

Bathroom area wasn't that clean. The tub had 3 holes and caulking looked moldy. Only 1 trash can in the room by front door. Need at least 1 in bathroom area.

Very good breakfast.Had milk, cereal, juice, coffee, muffins, toast, waffles and sausage. only thing else would be grits and eggs, but not really needed. I'm not a big breakfast eater anyway, so this breakfast certainly met my requirements.
