We really appreciated Rachel! She was very nice and reassured us we would have a room when our reservation didn't show up in the computer.

The downside of our stay started when our reservation didn't show up in the computer. (Nor did the customers in front of us who also booked with booking.com) the people above us had kids that bounced off the walls until we'll after midnight. Even after calling front desk they didn't settle down 😐 No fault of staff. They were all great. Would stay again, but would ask for top floor 😊

We were impressed with our overall stay. The room and facilities were as described. Our needs were met. We were happy with the complimentary breakfast. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. We loved the big size of it, the cleanliness, and the fact that was an indoor pool. That was hard to find in Nampa where we were trying to find a hotel room. We were impressed with the lemon/cucumber water in the lobby. That's one thing we always hate in a hotel is that all you have available to you is yucky tap water from the bathroom sink. This exceeded our expectations along with the coffee / hot cocoa/t available in the lobby. All the staff were kind, courteous, and professional. We would most definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

The only thing that could have been better was a few maintenance items that need attention in the bathroom and at the front door. They still were functional but could use some maintenance. Pocket door of the bathroom has paint scraped off of it. There may have been a glove of dry paint that's causing the pocket door to get scraped every time it opens and closes. It may also be from people pushing on the door when they're open in it. The little lock on the bathroom door is coming loose and needs fixed. Water leaks out the shower door and has caused some water damage on the wood trim along the floor.

Bed was very comfortable. Convenience to get pet to pet area was very good.

A drug party (meth) went down in the parking lot near the pet area. There were meth bags, beverage containers, misc trash that was not cleaned up. It happened on Saturday night and the trash was still there when I left on Monday morning.

It was clean and smelled great. Friendly staff, a working pool and hot tub. A real continental breakfast.

There was a problem with my booking for the following week. They were not very helpful in figuring it out. But the stay itself was great.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was a bit tight with our 2 suitcases and not enough storage but it was very clean and we loved the shower! The breakfast was fine however it was a small dining space so we did have to take our breakfast back to our room.

At times it was a bit noisy but I was there during new years

The complementary breakfast every morning was nice, the room was nice as well, overall my experience was amazing.

The shower head in my room would spray from the side and get the shower curtain all wet.

Breakfast was very good. Staff who over saw food service area was very nice.

can’t think of anything. I’m going to be using Sleep Inn Nampa as my go to. My son & his partner live in Nampa and are expecting a baby this summer, so I’ll be staying there..

Convenient location, easy access with elevator, VERY comfortable beds and amazing luxurious quality bedding! Friendly staff who kindly helped up resolve a date issue(we couldn’t get there until the following night) nice included breakfast. We stay here on our way home from west coast Every trip!

The shower door didn’t keep the spray inside, we had to put towels on the floor

The bed was so comfy. If I had a way it would have brought it home. Room had every thing you needed. Staff were nice. Breakfast was very good, with all the normal choices and plenty of food.

The coffee in the room was not good, but the lobby and breakfast coffee was very good
