Good location, good price. Decent stay for the price, quiet.

Stepped outside to drink my coffee with my breakfast plate before heading back to my room with it and was interrogated about whether or not I was a guest - Did not like the manner of accusation in the encounter. Was tidy enough but could use a deep clean, some areas of the bathroom weren’t as clean as I’d expect. Took the top coverlet off the bed and the quilt had some crusty stains on it, looked more like snot than anything else. Some elevator buttons and keyed entry doors did not work.

It was clean and quiet! Lots of outlets, a/c worked great, comfy beds, cold fridge, and overall the room was great.

The door to the room was heavy to open, I had to turn the handle and put my whole body against the door to push it open. The bathroom faucet is set in such a way that you can only have a shower and can't block the drain for a bath, also the light switch was outside the door and for some reason on a motion sensor, so if u take a long shower the light goes out and you have to open the bathroom door to turn the light back on! The TV by the couch had no buttons and the remote control didn't change the input so no gaming by the couch, infact we didn't even use that TV!

The breakfast was good. Good coffee, and yogurt. We liked the pool, it was relaxing and clean. The staff was friendly

The room needed better handicap design. The rails in the bathroom were not properly placed.

Convenient location, clean and staff were very nice. There was a lady always cleaning up messes in the hallways later on in the day.

Cold and working AC. Breakfast was decent with the waffle maker. Room had microwave and fridge. Bed was comfortable.

Noisy at times. Sounded like people were stomping on the floor and had nothing better to do. Make sure you bring ear plugs.

I didn't have much time for breakfast, but I had juice, coffee, and a pastry that were good. The location was perfect, because I had to go to an event in the west end of Belleville on the morning that I checked out.

Didn't find any TV navigating instructions, and the remote did not have a Menu button. It was trial and error for me, and I never did figure out how to consistently find and keep the Guide.

I immediately noticed a nice smell as inwalkednin and through the hallways and floors were clean...Great room and space with a spa tub in my room and decently clean. Loved my stay and I will be back!!

Ice machine on upper floor would have been nice but still not a huge inconvenience.

The wi-fi didn’t work, which was unfortunate.

We really liked the breakfast and the fast food places that were close by were of excellent quality. We were undisturbed our entire trip and the beds and shower were wonderful!

We had no room service during our 4 day stay. We ran out of toilet paper and towels very early on. The one time that we did get room service, she barged in without invitation on our second to last day then we never saw her again. Also there’s nothing to do in Caseyville. The parks are very lackluster. Also the tv needs a guide.

It was clean well located, Cracker Barrel across the street easy to get to Busch stadium. Quiet.
