It was clean, but the hot tub was broken. The gym had quite a few broken equipment.

I didn’t like the manager. He explained the rules about guest visiting who aren’t registered. He gave me a paper to sign that said the same thing. When I gave him the signed paperwork he reiterated that only registered guest could visit. I had three kids and three floating devices. I wrote three kids on the paper. He saw five kids (two belonged to another guest) and felt the need to mention it again. I began to tell him that I could read and that he had already told me that. Because tomorrow isn’t promised I believe in cuss them out today, but my husband told me to calm down so he was saved.

Very quiet and laid back location. The staff who checked us in was extremely friendly. Beds were so comfortable compared to places I've stayed that were much more expensive.

The property could definitely use some updating although for the price I won't complain. The bathrooms could be brightened up maybe by doing some recaulking. The pool looked like it could stand a cleaning. But, again for the price we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again when visiting our family in Baltimore.

The room was very spacious. We had 2 queen size beds. There was a desk and office chair, a lounge chair and ottoman, microwave and mini fridge. There was an iron and ironing board also. A nice dresser to put your clothing and a closet. The bathroom was nice size as well. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and plenty of it at 6:00 a.m.

The guy driving the diesel truck that decided 3:00 a.m. was a good time to rev up the motor and go in and out of the hotel parking lot for what seemed like the next hour. I know this is not something the hotel can control, but other then that I have no complaints.

Everything is good I just wish I could’ve experienced the pool/spa first day breakfast was very good whoever prepared breakfast on Saturday morning did a wonderful job and need to continue and Loveeeeee the waffles please keep Saturday cook and have them teach but overall everything was beautiful I’ll be back soon

I have stayed at this property several times when I have business in Baltimore. It serves my purpose well. I have reviewed this place several times before

My frequent complaint is the quality of the towels. They are thin and require several to dry yourself with. Taking several showers a day between meetings it's difficult to get completely dry. This recent time the breakfast selection while extensive needed to be refilled . Waited for eggs, meat, bread and coffee. The fruit selection was one orange

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Price was reasonable and complimentary breakfast was nice.

one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I am disabled and this hotel offered an indoor pool with a lift so I could enjoy the pool, I verified that they had a lift prior to booking however upon arrival both lifts were not powering on and no one knew anything about the lifts to be able to have one of them working prior to my departure. I stayed a week.

The indoor pool and hot tub, although small, are a nice amenity. Breakfast being included was nice, although other than waffles, there are not many hot options. It was very comfortable and overall clean.

It is overpriced for location and amenities.

Front desk people were nice.

The towel in the bathroom has black all over it. When I got a new towel from the house keeper, it was still damp from being pulled out of the dryer a bit to early. Plus people above us was loud at times

The water does not get hot and housekeeping. Did not do a good job in making sure the tub.was presentable, it had someone else's hair in it. Other than that, I think it's a nice hotel.

The best I loved everything about the Hotel , Beautiful I wish that I learned about it sooner ,I had a disability room perfect for me with bad knees and toilet was the perfect height. clean room was large and comfortable.

Only one problem was not enough tv channels no movie channels
