Property was very attractive but there appeared problems with upkeep. Staff was great! Morning and afternoon clerks at the front desk and the young lady in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. Rooms were a nice size and were ok.

There were some issues: 1. The desk,TV stand and bedside table had some rubbery black thick substance smeared across them. 2. No clock 3. Exercise room: TV remote was missing, treadmill in the center of the room had a constant squeal. No hand sanitizer available. 4. Entrance to hotel is very inviting but we got there at 3pm and there were 2 overflowing trash cans at the entrance that really destroyed the positive impression. This hotel property and facilities have the potential to be a great hotel with some additional attention to detail.

Great breakfast! I loved that our room was clean and smelled good! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy that the staff called me the day before our stay to check if it was okay that the slide was not available because something had broke. I really appreciated that!

Our mattress was very uncomfortable and saggy. We also didn't like how the air conditioner was blowing right in our face as we laid in bed. We wish we could have had vents to adjust on it. We were also a little bummed that the slide didn't work by the pool.

Easy check-in, and the property was nice and clean. The hotel is a good 15 minutes away from downtown Duluth, but we knew that upon booking. Everything was very clean in our rooms and the beds were comfortable.

We did request to be put in a room on a quieter floor. We noticed quite a lot of children running around and really valued getting some good sleep that night. Unfortunately, even though we were put on the far end of the hallway, we were woken up by small children in the morning. I understand the hotel can't control a family staying there, but it was disappointing to request a quieter area of the hotel and to encounter that level of noise.

Breakfasts were great, all staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the comfort and cleanliness of the beds and felt very relaxed, it was very peaceful at night, surprising as the hotel seemed busy.

I was a bit ill in the middle of the night and used a lot of toilet roll. I only realized there was just one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, I think this may be a policy because I stayed at the same hotel again and they only had one toilet roll in the room the 2nd time as well.

Room was clean. Smells good and very spacious. Design is modern. Bed was soooo comfortable I had a great sleep. Bathroom was modern. Very clean well stocked. Breakfast was amazing. So many options and taste good. The dining area was always full of food and the staff were non stop cleaning, organizing and refilling food. I appreciated the free hot drinks like coffee, tea and hot cocoa. And the flavored water at the lobby. My check in was fast. I like the bonfire at the front of the hotel.

Wish bottled water was provided on the room. Please provide more cable channels.

The staff was very accommodating when I requested to check out late because I was there for business and I wanted my child to have time to swim. They even said that we could stay and swim later than check-out.

There was fruit in the fridge from a previous tenant. No big deal. It was the only thing I could think of to put in this box.

The facility was well kept and the staff were very friendly. Very kid friendly hotel. Breakfast was hit and miss, as some items on the menu were excellent and others were not.

The beds are not comfortable at all. Very hard and uncomfortable and left body pain. the hot tub was not as hot as it should be, but that is understandable due to the amount of kids that are in the area and its a family location

The room was very comfortable for 3 of us. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok, there was a nice variety of choices.

There was no toilet paper in our room when we arrived. There was only one bar of soap that was to be used in the shower and for hand washing. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Clean and spacious room, lobby and breakfast area….. friendly staff. The pool area was set up nicely for adults as well as families with small children ( great slide ) and toddler area as well! The breakfast options were plentiful and always well stocked.

Comfortable. Airport shuttle complimentary: staff ensured reservation to be ontime. Coin op laundry room. One machine: BYO quarters to pay. Good breakfast. Bright hallway art of Duluth highlights. Great pool for families with children.
