Did not have the chance to enjoy breakfast but the room was good for getting me started for the day.

The place was quite and clean, I was comfortable staying here.

The breakfast, parking access, and service were great. The room was ample size, clean and comfortable. It was exceptionally hot weather, and we were disappointed that the pool was unavailable. Great location, walkable eateries, pharmacy, and neighborhood for a stroll.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The king bed room was very comfortable soft on my painful back. Pillows were good. 3 choices. Very clean rooms, heat worked and a/c. The travel shampoo and conditioner very good. Tv in room good and microwave , fridge, desk in room, all clean. Room Sink good with low level space and sink knobs very good for my disabilities of body and hands , and in reaching knobs, very good for disabled with grab bar in shower. I used the grab bar. The coffee is a machine and good. Choice of regular and decaf and hot water for tea or green tea bags. They had coffee creamers of half and half and vanilla. They had choice of cranberry , apple or orange juice. Towels clean. Bed sheets clean. Cash deposit of 100 for security was better vs taking 100 out of my credit card bank account for few days. Chase Bank next to hotel charges 3.50 fee to withdraw the 100 cash security deposit. Stores nearby, pizza, and Starbucks across street from hotel.

Double bed is a full size mattress not that comfortable vs the king beds or 2 double beds. i've tried the 3 different room types. It would be nice if they had the old scrambled eggs, waffles, blueberries and other hot buffet for breakfast. They used to have a full breakfast before Covid 2020. The security deposit is 100 for the room. They took 100 cash deposit few times but then said they couldn't anymore. They took 100 out of my checking account and returned in 3-4 days not right away. The bananas during day and morning were peeled and spoiled. The carpet clean but outdated. They could use new carpet on the rooms. Getting a taxi in area difficult but available. Taxi charges 14-20.00 vs Lyft ride.

Although the hotel is quite dated, it was clean and comfortable. All staff encountered was very nice.

Hotel is very dated, like way back in the 70's. Roof was missing shingles, and there was a lot of missing wood on some sides of the building.

This was my first time at this Best Western in Woodbury. ANY of the staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful. Even in checkin in late at night "DeQuan" was delightful. I REALLY preferred my room on the ground level and close to the ice/vending area. Being on the back side it was especially quiet and I loved, LOVED!!! the view of the scenery with gorgeous trees. I will be back and request same room!! Can't wait to see what it's like in warmer weather with the pool!!

It WAS a non smoking room but smelled as if smokers or vapers were in there prior. It wasn't me smoking in there!! - for the cost of my room though no complaints - it was clean, quiet, bed comfy, HEAT WORKED!! Great wifi connection and TV channels - really just a "funk smell" like prior smokers. Hard to avoid that in this price range I think. Lamp over desk needed fixing and sink stopper didn't work - not big deals for me.

It was different than the Massapequa Best Western, but they had some good breakfast item's. The room was a large and having a microwave and fridge helped. The staff kept our room very neat and tidy.

The only protein available at breakfast was the inside of a sausage & egg breakfast sandwich: I would have to eat 3 or 4 of those, but I don't like sausage.

Comfortable clean room, great WiFi, breakfast was good.

Toilet in room was very slow. Had to hold down handle several times to get it to train completely.
