The price for the room was great and there was a sofa bed. That we used for some unexpected company.

I didn't like that the bedroom lights did not work, and one of the plugs in the restroom did not work either. Whoever is doing the remodeling should have them go back and make sure the plate covers are not over-tightened and patch up around some of the outlets and switches. If you like i could get you an estimate on any hotels for remodeling. Really is a nice property staff that was on duty was a lady named Christy and she was phenomenal. She was very accommodating apologetic that she was doing her job and checking on customers while she waiting for a new check. I literally waited on a minute and a half on her. She’s just super sweet. I would definitely go back to this place.

Part that I didn’t care for was the hot tub is not working the swimming pool a little cloudy for my taste and it was also a little pricey for the current state condition of the room with the Jacuzzi in it.

The room was clean and comfortable with standard amenities, fridge, micro and access to an ice machine. We had a suite room with a sleeper sofa for our grandchildren and double doors to separate the sleeping areas. Breakfast was prompt with standard fare. Area was for eating was small and everyone took advantage of the breakfast. We had area to eat in room and we did. King bed was comfortable, and pillows were ok, they weren't mine from home so that's on me. Overall, would stay again.

No issues to report. Staff was professional and knowledgeable.

Mrs, Patel was very professional, she greeted you to join the hotel, very knowledgeable about the hotel policies. And called the housekeeping manager if any room was ready. She had a problem with a customer and she handled the situation very very professionally. The day I left there was a woman at the front desk, she just sat on her chair, no good morning, no how can I help you. I place the key in the box. She did not get up from the chair. She was playing with her nails. She needs customer service training. I hope if I come back customer service will be much better at the front desk.

The menu, you should have fresh eggs, and a much larger place for customers to eat without hitting each other to get food. You should have better service at the front desk. We as customers are paying for the service and a smile. Not All customers can be nasty. Sometimes a smile can go a long way with a person. Also you should have uniforms. Maybe smocks just to show your professionalism. When service all looks the same you can detest who did the job, and who to blame. Even housekeeping should wear a smock to identify if customer needs any service. You know who to talk too. Everyone should also learn the English language, as part of their job. English words like sheets, blankets, etc etc.

The room was soundproofed so that when we shut the door the roar of the freeway with the motorcycles and trucks with extra-loud mufflers was completely shut out. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom very nice. The breakfast was nourishing with plenty of options, even for gluten-free requirements.

The floor was a bit "tacky" to the bare foot. The breakfast area was smaller than our nine-person group plus a four-person family needed.

The room was very nice although if you don't bring your own soap you may not have enough I would like to suggest putting a shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser in the shower..like the other places I've stayed..

The smoke detector beeped all night because maybe it needed batteries or something...those should be checked before each stay....

Close to our destination and restaurants within walking distance. The price was decent

We didn't like the traffic coming in and out all night and they weren't hotel guests they were driving through the lot. We also didn't like that our room had a shade instead of a curtain so the parking lot lights were bright and it was hard to sleep

Courteous staff. Good breakfast

Accessible room. Could not fit wheelchair between the bed & the TV console. Bathroom had a huge door, but could not get the wheelchair to it.Wheelchair had to stay by the room door. Had to take my adult son out of his chair & remove the leg rests in order to close the door to the room. Room was NOT accessible.

The staff was so friendly, and helpful. We loved spending time at the pool with our grandsons

Had a couple of roaches make an appearance in our room. Not sure what pesticides they use to spray but my dog would not eat her food in the hotel room at all.

Places was comfortable, and very very clean, Food was not bad, staff was friendly and helpful! and the room was quite spacious!

There where people that would be walking and talking outside my room late at night, so it would be hard to sleep at times
