This was the best hotel I've stayed at in awhile! Really well ran hotel. The beds were very soft, the wifi worked, and the check in was quick. Sometimes, I feel that staying at an Indian-ran hotel can be a roll of the dice. Let me tell you, this one, superb!! This family puts in the work and it shows. If I'm driving through Amarillo again, I'll stay here. Bonus points: There's two steakhouses next door. Outbacks and Hoffbrau. I tried Hoffbrau, if I'd go again, I'd go to Outbacks.

This place was great to celebrate our 24th anniversary!!! We'll be back!!! The room was great, it was right across the hall to the elevator, which made it very handy!!! Thanks!!!

Location was fine. Quiet.

I had to check out a day early due to my wife dad passing. Very frustrating that I was told I will not be credited or reimburse a night. Not to mention I'm waiting for a $20 refund for the key cards to my room. The best thing about the breakfast was the pancakes. Eggs were watered down.

We normally stay at the property once or twice a year. As always, the room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the TV when we got to the room however, the front desk sent someone up and the problem was resolved quickly.

The last two times we stayed at this property, there was a noticeable sewer smell in the hallway near the elevator. Also, the elevator made my wife very uncomfortable. Each and every time we began to approach the top floor, the elevator began to shake and rattle before it came to a stop.

The room was nice and clean. Air conditioner worked really well and the room temperature was comfortable from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was good- eggs, potatoes, waffles, yogurt and a variety of breads.

I brought two miniature dachshunds, they charged me $60.00 for one night with the dogs.

The price and cleanliness and comfortable.

They only came in the room one time and only gave us clean towel and took the trash in the week that we was there. And the morning breakfast staff was rude and disrespectful told my husband 30 minutes before that she was about to clean up and gave him dirty looks and then about 10 other staff member came and took all the breakfast food for themselves. The pool also didn't work

Gentleman that checked us in very professional and nice. Also, gave me information that was helpful. We were able to get a room for the night. Convenient to restaurants. Air conditioner worked great. Able to hook up are fire stick.

Pool was not heated, hot tub out of order.. Was advised when checking in, but we really needed a stay. We still tried the pool, was a little chilly. But would've been nice, if they were working properly. Like it had been before when we stayed in the past..

The location was very Nice and Convenient for our trip to Colorado coming and going ..Outback Steakhouse right next door was a plus 🤗The entire staff was Very friendly and room was clean and Comfortable with a nice Breakfast

The room and bathroom were bigger than I thought. Really nice and clean.

When I went to check in I had to wait a couple of minutes for anyone to come to the front desk which is fine. When the woman came from the back, she just looked at me, no hello, how are you or anything. I told her I had a reservation. She asked my name and told me she needed my iD and credit card. I gave them to her, no thank you or anything. She then told me where the elevator was and I asked based on our room the side door would be closer. She didn’t tell me what side door. I just said okay and she went back to looking at her computer screen. She wasn’t rude per-say but she wasn’t nice either.
