I like that it was in the same area my husband and I always stay , we normally stay and the embassy Across the way but we couldn’t be this deal.

I didn’t enjoy the stairs but I don’t think it was terrible ofc got some steps in. I can see they are trying but maybe need to clean out light outside and in the bathroom. They were filled with dead bugs. They should call ABC Home and Commercial I know they always do a a fantastic job.

I like that the area was well lit; the extra lighting made it feel a bit more safe. I like that my room was refreshed everyday with clean towels. I thought the grab and go breakfast was thoughtful.

I think the cleaning crew could have taken more time to disinfecting the bathroom with Clorox; that's what I did which made the area cleaner.

The room was nice and clean. I liked the location and the staff was good. No complaints because for the bargain, it was worth it. The room does appear as shown in the pictures. I slept well, so that's what matters most. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty clean, no bugs. But it was a strooong smell of bed bugs solution in our room, that we woke up at night because of strong smell. And oily floor, I believe they used same solution for bugs on the floor. At least we did not had any bugs. Towels with human hair.. But the room has good furniture, in good condition. And shower worked good.

I like how the inside has been updated!( well done ) However, I wish the bathrooms were also upgraded; as the bathtubs are old and a bit dirty. Along with that I wouldn’t have minded paying a bit more if they were also proving an ironing board kit! and keurig!..

Front desk lady was very rude and definitely made me feel uncomfortable!. I tried asking questions but she made sure to make me feel like she was bothered!.. The cleaning ladies were nice though!

Clean room with a working A/C, great shower pressure. Last minute booking at a very reasonable price. Just needed a place to have a good and comfortable night sleep. Also very convenient just off I-35.

The location was a little seedy but all in all it was a very good deal for being so close to downtown Austin.

Aldarsh, the receptionist welcame us with a smile. The room is clean and beds are comfortable with good air conditioner/heater.

No kettle ...no coffee maker...no bottle water .. No hot Breakfast. It is only grab and go... Bottle juice , small factory muffin, granular bar.

The price for how excellent the room was, was absolutely great. The room was very clean and smelled very fresh. The property felt safe with flood lighting all around making it near impossible for anyone/anything to lurk about unnoticed because all was so well illuminated.

Breakfast time until 10am.

The fees you pay for the stay and what you receive is fairly what you expect. I traveled for work and needed a week before I moved in into my new apartment, the room come with a dresser and also enough space to hang clothes on the bathroom area. Floors and hard surfaces were cleaned daily and the cleaning staff was always friendly. It is quiet at night to get restful sleep.

The soft surfaces kinda like the bed and sofa need a bit more cleaning there was some trash found and also probably washing of bed sheets and covers more frequently could also be better. The lighting in the room is very light so most of the time I had to open the window shades to get more light into the room, and these can sometimes make people uncomfortable; having such a big opening without covers and anyone could be able to look inside

We needed a warm room during the blackout just happened recently. This room was available for a really good price. The room was clean 👍😊

The remote control for the TV doesn't have battery. We needed to bring down to the front desk because you can't just place battery in it simple,it was protected by bolts and stuff. The front desk lady was a little bit,so not so smiley person but probably she was very busy.
