Room was clean. Bed comfy. Bathroom was clean. If we're ever in Tomah again we'd definitely stay with you guys again. It's a great location near Walmart and other restaurangs and shopping but what was nice was the 24 hour Kwik Trip and DENNYS was walking distance from hotel

Syrup for waffles was empty during breakfast hours. And the tub tub was empty and dismantled. Was looking forward to that. Our rooms shower pressure wasn't great but we made it work for the short time we stayed there. And the A/c unit in our room. Didn't seem to be working properly.

Over the solid surface floor in the room. My dog was with me and is not used to carpet. She loved to room also. It was very quiet despite appearing to be near full capacity. I show animals; this was my first show at the fairgrounds but it will not be my last. I will be very happy to return as many times as needed. This was a very nice stay!

Nothing except maybe the weather! The handicapped spot was a bit covered in snow. This can be difficult if you have mobility challenges. Just making sure the spot is cleared all around the edges, and possibly changing out a curb with gravel to a slope to concrete as you approach the hotel from handicapped spots would make a big and appealing improvement. Thank you!

Very friendly staff and to my surprise the desk person even remember me from a previous stay. Now in my opinion that is great customer service!!

House cleaner was a little rude. Our key wouldn't work at first asked for her help and she just pointed at the front desk.

The price was amazing, staff very friendly. Easy check-in. Breakfast was like others, fruit, waffles, toast, bagels and good coffee. Didn't use the pool but there were family members using it.

New paint, fixtures and furniture. Surprisingly quiet considering the location. Comfortable beds. The room wasn't freezing cold when we arrived. Decent rates.

Security slacking. Back outside entrance door was propped open with a stone at 9:30pm Friday evening. Clerk said it was probably the construction crew. They were no longer working at that time. Unacceptable!! Housekeeping may need a bit more training. Hair on bathroom floor. Used tissues on shelf under TV. They should be trained to look down and under things.

The breakfast was just an average continental breakfast not much to choose from at all and they only stayed open till 9:30 AM on a Sunday which 10 would’ve been much better for a Sunday The location was excellent you were within walking distance to almost anything you really needed. rooms were clean

Just the breakfast . There wasn’t much to choose from and it only lasted till 930 otherwise the hotel was very clean
