The location and theme is great! You really have the Disney experience. The rooms are not massive but they are big enough and there are very good restaurants on premises.

The rooms are run down. I opened up a cupboard under the sink and the door fell off, it was not screwed in. There are scratchtes and dints in the walls at ground level. Its run down. But the shower etc were very good.

The location of the hotel is super great, a short walking distance to the park. Also the layout of the hotel is amazing with privacy and a cozy atmosphere.

The basic expected hotel services are missing from the hotel. Like a concierge that helps with luggage delivery from reception to the room and vise versa. Also when my taxi was lost, I asked someone from the front desk to call the driver to give him directions, they gave me hard time responding to my request.

Location is perfect. Ideal to walk to disney. Magic hour allows guests in to the park 1 hour earlier than the public. This is pricless. Rooms are very old but clean. We like the wood cabin theme. Grounds are stunning. Staff are friendly. Beds are comfortable. Nice room toiletries. Kettle / coffee machine. Ice / water available on each floor. Can see some of the fireworks from right outside. Pool was a lot of fun. Nice water slide. Lovely outdoor pool with loungers. Very beautiful to look at. Temperature of the water was lovely. Changing rooms and showers clean. Lots of huge towels available. 3 star rating old well worn. The price doesn't reflect the hotel itself but more the location. We've been to disney a lot and visited a lot of the hotels so we have lowered our expectations. The price would sometimes suggest big luxury, it's not the case here. Still a firm favourite of ours. We will be back.

AC was just OK it needs to be on quite a while before you can feel it. Would love to have a fridge but not available in standard rooms. Breakfast buffet expensive as with all disney hotels. Dinner buffet was hot and well stocked for adults. Didn't suit the kids at all. No chips Nuggets pizza or burgers. Was too expensive for what we ate. The price can be high here, but we pay for the location and the pools. There are more modern hotels available with better facilities and cheaper prices if you're happy to stay outside disney. The battle with the shuttle buses getting 2 and from the park is just not good for us. We will usually choose to pay the premium to stay onsite.

the setting is nice and location is great. nice to have a pool and restaurant to go to. The lobby, sitting areas, bar are lush. such a great buzz and warm welcome. I have only stayed here on my 3 visits to Disney and it's good enough.

The Disney magic and theme stops the moment you leave the lobby and go towards your room. the rooms are small and not very Disney like. they are £100pn anywhere else in the world but at Disney they are £600pn.

As frequent and seasoned visitors to Disneyland Paris, this was our second visit to Sequoia and a good way cost-wise, to extend our trip. We arrived the day before our already booked Disney hotel and park ticket package. The team at Disney linked the two bookings and obviously we stayed in the same room for our four days. For us, it meant we could relax on our first day after early morning travel, use the pool/spa and other facilities. Next morning we were then on the Disney package, refreshed and ready to hit the parks for Magic Hour. Location was great, 5 mins to Disney Village, 10 mins to Marne le Vallee Chessy train station and both parks. Room was warm and comfortable with two double beds, house keeping attended each day. The kettle, coffee machine (pods) and water was very welcomed. Bar and restaurant clean and cosy. Buffet breakfast and dinner very good, lots of choice and dietary available upon request. Staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. Yes I agree that Sequoia is a little tired in places, but it’s common knowledge that they are due a complete refurbishment later this year/2025. The staff were happy and excited to tell us all about the future plans. Although bathrooms/corridors may seem a little dated, they were nevertheless clean, tidy and functional. Will be interesting to see the new Sequoia in a couple of years. Would we visit again? Absolutely! For January Booking.com offered a very favourable price (especially if booked well in advance). Lots of tips and blogs online for a successful and fun experience at DLP, but can’t stress enough that the key to everything at Disney is planning!!

There was nothing we did not like, and as mentioned already Sequoia is up next for a total refurb.

Great location for walking to the parks and fab aesthetic.. very cosy feel. Staff were wonderful, as always and the facilities/amenities are amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel as I feel it’s the best value whilst being close enough to the parks that you don’t feel like it’s a trek back to your hotel if you walk back when you’re tired.

This is my third stay here and whilst 95% of the hotel was fantastic, an issue I had this time is that the room wasn’t clean. There were beard hairs in the sink, the toilet was very dirty and so I had to do a bit of cleaning which isn’t ideal on holiday.

As ever Disney theme their hotels wonderfully. From the moment you arrive you are immersed into a US National Park resort feel. The welcome at check in was warm and efficient, providing all the necessary information around our visit and more. The hotel had a good boutique style shop, look for the pin board at the checkout if you are a pin trader, some fab pins whilst we were there. The room was clean & "roomy" for a family of 4 (all now adults!), with daily top ups on toiletries etc.. Location was great, in the main building, with a kettle, coffee machine & fridge. Also there was an ice machine & cold water top up facility. For the parks, the Sequoia is excellent, with the chance of being in the park within 10 or so minutes (walk). It has an amazing pool and leisure facility, if you have enough time definitely pack your swimming costumes! The other element Disney "gets" is that the small touches make a difference, a chocolate on the bed and little story card each day, the fresh pine smell throughout the resort, to bird sounds as you exit the lift area. Great value for an onsite hotel a little bit closer to the park.

Nothing too much to write here. The view wasn't special, a car park, but we realise that some rooms will always be at the back and we didn't pay for a lake view. The lifts could get a little busy, but again there were a good number (4), all working, serving our area of the hotel. Be aware that the shop doesn't open until 8am, it stocks milk for tea/coffee/milk lovers!

This hotel is a true gem! The location strikes the perfect balance – it's peaceful and quiet, yet surprisingly affordable and conveniently close to the Disney parks. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready with a smile. And the pool? Absolutely fantastic! What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere; with its lush surroundings, you genuinely feel like you've escaped to a tranquil sequoia forest. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and budget-friendly stay near the magic Disneyland! Also a bonus of getting an early access to the Disney fun.

The pool in april was cold. You cant use the pool on your first day before 3pm, this is a shame as we arrived early and didnt have park tickets so thought we could spent the morning in the pool but this wasnt allowed, following days the pool was empty in the mornings so it's a shame we werent allowed despite we had already a room assigned and that we could use since 11am when we did the check in.

The location of this hotel is great. Just a 15 minute walk to the entrance to the parks (via security) The rooms sleep up to 4 in two 4’6” double beds and whilst it would be quite cramped with 4 people in for the time you’re in the room it would be fine The shower is great and water always hot. The travel cot was great and we could have asked for lots of bits and bobs for the baby. As the shower is over the bath that’s good for children too.

The rooms are now very tired and to be honest do need a makeover (realise that will increase the price) The towels have seen better days (but were clean) Our sink was cracked
