The breakfast had many options and was delicious. The rooms are sound proof. And the staff in general is helpful. The lady (Christine) at the breakfast was extremely caring and kind, especially towards our toddler. Very much appreciated. The hotel is located directly next to the train station. Very convenient.

The restaurant opens at 7pm and is closed during the weekend, which is a bit unpractical with a toddler.

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was a real highlight – delicious and with a variety that truly exceeded my expectations. The location couldn’t be better, just a minute’s walk from the station, which made exploring the area super convenient. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and nice. The Staff we're generally helpful and polite. The rooms were good size.

The hotel was not in the greatest location. Also, be very much one of these to work out room and it was closed every time we tried to use it. It needs to have much longer hours. People who go into the city or who work would never be able to use the workout facility with their current hours.

The location is perfect if you want to visit Disneyland and pay much less for accommodation. It is right near the underground station and it will take you exactly 30 minutes to Disneyland. The rooms are large, provided with coffee machine and very good cleaning services. The fresh drinkable water on each floor is a big plus. The breakfast was very tasty, but not that many choices. The big minus was the restaurant not functioning during our stay. When you get back to the hotel after a day of eating kind of fastfood in the park, the restaurant is essential. The staff is a big plus in this hotel: they gave us directions, provided all info we needed and gave us good tips for traveling using the underground.

Very good location (near RER A station Val de Fontaney, 3 min walk to a mall where you can find Auchan store, fast foods restaurants (Mc Donalds, Burger King, KFC) and specific foods restaurants (chinese, japanese, turkish) and other shops, the hotel offers for free plate water and carbonised water within Brita water dispenser on the lobby of each floor, very clean rooms, silentios rooms even the hotel is located near the RER station, very polite and friendly staff;

Poor breakfast, the empty plates were filled again only if the staff were asked 😐; entrance of the hotel very ugly (old blue faience similar to swimming pool...considering the entrance into the hotel gives the first impresion, there should be major improvements to be done here), climatisation of the room didn't worked properly (maybe a problem only in our room, we haven't complained this to the reception because we used the room only at night)

Our trip included 2 days at Disneyland, thats why hotel was perfect for us as the RER train station is only across the street. It takes approximately 30 minutes train ride either way (from hotel to Disneyland or hotel to Paris- Auber station). And since hotel is outside Paris city center, the price is not as steep. Whats also good is that hotel offers free drinking water via a water dispenser on every floor (includes both still and sparkling water). Theres also a nearby mall with grocery.

The carpet has a strong odor. You can often hear doors slamming. A/C doesn’t have cold air during springtime. Windows too large to be opened fully. Sofa bed is available but is wobbly and mattress not flat when opened.

We got a very nice room. Hotel is very close to a mall and train station. Easy access to centre of town and Disneyland. very accessible. Recommend it

Have food and restaurants open on Easter days. We could not get any food besides pizza at the restaurant as it was Easter and they had very limited staff.

the hotel is close to the train and bus station, so able to get around easy. Great hotel to stay if wanting to go to disneyland, as there is a train that goes direct. the staff are very friendly, and was cheaper than the hotels in Paris itself

Building was functional and room was excellent. Breakfast was well presented. Staff really friendly. Good location near the train station. Great Japanese sushi buffet restaurant nearby.

Renovations in the lobby made arrival less welcoming. Bed a little harder than we prefer. While location was convenient, the surrounding area is run down and not many good restaurants nearby.

The reason we booked this hotel was because its conveniently located very near the train line to Disneyland. We stayed the night before going to the park because we were arriving quite late in Paris. The hotel is nice and modern, and the staff were friendly.

The beds are quite hard for my personal preference, but we did manage to get some sleep.
