The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent—especially the swimming pool. We used it around midday, and it was a great experience with hardly anyone else there. The Discovery Quest was also a lot of fun—definitely don’t miss it!

The room wasn’t very soundproof—I could hear people walking or running outside. The bathroom floor got very wet after taking a shower, which was inconvenient. Most concerning was that staff entered my room in the morning without my permission. They knocked but opened the door right away, and this happened twice before 11 a.m., which made me feel uncomfortable.

the hotel is very big, and my room located about 5-10 minutes walk from lobby area, and the elevator is only available in the middle area of hotel. they lack of amenities such as: slipper, toothbrush, shaver, cap, etc. i can ask for it, but imagine how huge the hotel is, maybe we wont received the amenities

We have been to Euro Disney many times before and also stayed at Newport Bay Club. You know what you are getting in Disney. We loved the Yacht Club restaurant The staff and the food were fantastic We upgraded to have the wine compliment with the meal and we thought it to be good value and good quality.

As always Disney hotels are busy, there was one bar and sometimes it was overcrowded So another bar/sitting area would be great The Compass club looked less busy and if we were to go again, we would look at that. Just a suggestion On rainy days a separate cashier for the ponchos would have been great in the hotel shop. Or a consession stand?

We had a wonderful stay at the Newport Bay! The staff are very polite, and fluent in French and English. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The Newport has a big indoor swimming pool, and a gym that's nicely equipped with treadmills and weights. The rooms are spacious, cozy and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. We walked to Disneyland every morning, it's a short scenic walk, along the lake. For anyone who enjoys a drink or a snack in the evening, the bar offers good quality meals and cocktails. There's also a shop with a nice selection of souvenirs. Thank you to all the Newport Bay staff for an amazing stay!!!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place is absolutely beautiful, and the room was even bigger than we expected. Everything was well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed in a terrace room with stunning views that made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. They were not only kind but also had such a warm personality and cheerful tone that it felt like we had stepped right into the Disney world itself. The swimming pool was fantastic — spacious, clean, and perfect for both kids and adults to relax after a long day. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices (we even tried room service, which was excellent). Walking to Disneyland was extremely easy and convenient — a real bonus for families. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations — a true five-star experience for our family. If we ever come back to Disneyland, this will definitely be our first choice. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Access to the park and location is 2nd only to the Disney Park hotel itself. Always felt safe and the access to the characters is an obvious perk. Swimming pool was great and rooms were ok.

Facilities within the room were average No fridge - This should be a minimum as our toddler still has milk and nowhere to keep it. Rooms were made daily, but water, coffees or clean cups not provided on our three days. TV had one British channel.. you’d expect in a Disney themed hotel there would be a Disney channel for the kids to watch??? Need to swipe a credit card to utilise the safe?? You are paying for the name and location, so for that I found the hotel over-priced.

Onsite hotel, located at the top of the Disney village, on the lake, a 10 min walk from the Disneyland Parks. Room. Staff very friendly, and had take into account requests in my email. Room was ready so could go straight there after check in. Was a good size with French fours opening out toward the lake. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable, tv was big and had kettle coffee machine etc. very quiet as far as music or hotel noise.

Accessible room, but quite a walk from the lifts, shop, restaurants reception etc, Although quiet neighbouring and rooms/ room above were noisy with heavy footsteps, shouting and slamming doors etc. (not hotels fault though)

Location to Disneyland Paris was great! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was amazing!

Very expensive considering that the Disney park entrance fee needs to bought separately at your own expense. Room fee doesn’t include breakfast either.

The hotel is situated very close to Disney parks and village and just a short walk away. Check in /out was easy. We had a family room which consisted of 2 double beds. We were a family of 4 which was ok for the one night we stayed.

Nothing really - breakfast was excellent but somewhat pricey at €45 per person for 4 people (2 adults and 2 x 16 year old) although you expect to pay inflated prices in cities and attractions

The hotel is well run with security checks at entrance and meet & greet to send you to relevant desks. Restaurants large and well tended. Breakfast options amazing and evening meal buffet offered a multitude of dishes. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and reasonable size. Pool is large with a dry deck above (shaped like a ship) for those that don’t want a dip! Towels are provided and changing rooms have ample lockers, dryers. There’s a staffed colouring room for the kids where they set out Disney pictures and activities for them. Disney character comes to visit for photo session every evening from around 7:30

Not a big deal but more of a heads up that this hotel is huge … be prepared for a walk to get to restaurants and facilities such as pool. There is a small lift to take pushchairs from lobby to restaurants and to exit to lake walk to parks which can be busy-just means if there’s more than one of you, it’s quicker to carry pushchair down the stairs.
